Peaceful and secure, it will welcome you to share precious moments with family and friends. With its private garden and a relaxation area with shared pool for 3 villas (direct access from the garden to the pool), friendliness, dolce vita & relaxation assured!
The other 2 villas are also available for rent for large families or friends who want to go together while having their privacy. (9 rooms in total, 18 beds)

Super Modern House near Cannes

We had an excellent week in this very nice , very well appointed and modern house in Mougins. The location is perfect about 15-minute by car to Cannes and all the major attractions, but nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was exactly as pictured with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large open living areas, a fabulous patio area and a pool (shared with 2 other houses). The house is very well appointed, modern and has everything you would need for your vacation. Everything was perfect from the cleanliness of the house to the communication with the owners and housekeeper. We are looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Kommunikation verlief schnell, einwandfrei und sehr freundlich. Sehr netter Vermieter. Hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist wirklich ein Traum. Sehr stillvoll eingerichtet, hochwertig ausgestattet, einfach nur perfekt! Danke!
