Très beau site, villa au grand potentiel mais non entretenue, non sécurisée

Très beau site, au calme et maison avec un grand potentiel. Malheureusement les propriétaires n'entretiennent pas cette villa, elle n'est pas sécurisée pour des enfants et le ménage est déplorable. J'ai passé 4h à tout nettoyer !!! De nombreux effets personnels des propriétaires étaient encore présents lors de notre arrivée. C'est très limite !

Cadre paisible , mais déception quant à l’état global de la maison (pas de volets, ventilo hs)

Pour être honnête la propriétaire est fort sympathique et le site est paisible, avec une belle piscine. Mais la maison nécessite un vrai rafraîchissement (peinture, électricité vétuste, volets ou rideaux occultants…) Équipements défectueux et poussiéreux (ventilateurs, étage balancelle HS, fissures …) Attention a noter pas de réseau orange (panne) et pas de wifi. Dommage car beaucoup de potentiel.

Je n'imagine pas notre maison entourée de ces paysages magnifiques avec des volets occultant. Électricité vétuste? Pour le réseau orange (fibre optique) qui a été installé il y a peu de temps (début d'année) est en panne pour "tout le village" personne n'a du réseau et malgré les nombreuses promesses de réparation et les réclamations de tous les habitants du village on n'a pas encore vu la moindre lueur d'espoir de réparation? Il s'agirait d'un orage qui aurait tout détruit ou ? Mystère? Poussière et nettoyage c'est le gros problème : trouver une bonne femme de ménage en France relève d'un gros problème dont beaucoup de personnes parlent et cela malgré les tarifs élevés demandés. J’espère que vous garderez un bon souvenir de ces vacances "nature".

un séjour surprenant

Pas de wifi pas de réseau de téléphone, un chemin d'accès à peine praticable, nous avons trouvé une maison dans laquelle le ménage n'avait pas été fait, les photos du site très avantageuses ne reflètent pas la réalité. La propriété n'est pas fermée ce qui pose problème avec des enfants en bas âge. La piscine au sel a été appréciée mais les distractions sont peu nombreuses.

Superbe semaine

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette villa, nous avons été séduits par le calme des environs et les installations de la maison. Aucun réseau, parfait pour déconnecter complètement ! Le nombre de salles de bain est vraiment appréciable pour un groupe d'amis. Pas mal de choses à voir à proximité, même si la piscine est déjà très attractive ! À refaire sans hésiter.

Détente dans le var

Maison de famille spacieuse au calme avec chambres indépendantes, piscine agréable et bien entretenue et nombreuses terrasses ombragées suivant l'heure de la journée. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Villa in Carces

The location was beautiful, but directions supplied by owner not great. Property is located up the mountain towards the sign for Park du Lac. The furnishings and bedding is quite dated, but comfortable. It had plenty of crockery and cutlery etc in the kitchen and the bathrooms are clean and all working well. Internet is very poor, but actually was very nice to get off line for a few days and enjoy nature and old fashioned conversation with the children for a change. Stunning location and views. We had great weather and weren’t bothered at all by neighbours or the owners. Very peaceful, tranquil holiday and would seriously think about returning with a group of friends next time. Thank you Francoise for your help finding it and Gerard for meeting us on the day we arrived.

Calme et sérénité

Villa très agréable, au calme avec magnifique vue sur le lac de Carcès. Adapté aux enfants et aux familles. Point de départ pour visiter les villages de Provence à proximité (Cotignac, Aups, Silan...). Et enfin, une propriétaire très sympathique et à l'écoute. En résumé une belle expérience dans cette villa!
