We live in a beautiful 96m2 parquet apartment with an 80m2 terrace on the top floor of a recent residence between sea and hills. We have a large bright living room, a modern fitted kitchen and 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a high bed for 1 child and a small sofa for 2 children, and a master suite with bathroom . You will also find a 2nd bathroom with shower. The apartment is fully air conditioned. On the terrace, we have a jacuzzi, a large table for your meals, a garden furniture, a Weber gas barbecue and a wooden cabin for the enjoyment of your children. The apartment has 3 orientations: the view is magnificent on the hills on one side and on the harbor of Marseille with Notre Dame de la Garde, the Vélodrome stadium, the Frioul islands ....
