COTE D'AZUR 2 AIR-CONDITIONED APARTMENT

Apartment on the second floor without lift, giving a view of the vegetation and the hill in the background.
Ideal for a couple and two children, it consists of a hallway entrance, an air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped American kitchen with washing machine, a separate toilet, a shower room, a bedroom with a double bed on the north side and a its loggia overlooking the avenue de la mer, a second bedroom with window and two bunk beds, and a loggia on the south side to enjoy our beautiful days.

Household linen, cleaning service and tourist tax are not included in the price.

Rented with a garage.

5 minutes from the beach, its location allows you to move around without a car, everything can be done on foot!
A very lively family district where we find essentially 3 poles: its center, its marina and its beach all three cradled by many activities set up by the resort.
A philosophy of life because La Favière is a little corner of paradise between sea and hill where idleness, swimming, and walks are the key words.

You are 20 minutes from Lavandou via the edge of the coast for a pedestrian walk without risk and very appreciated for its view of the sea or 5 minutes if you want to get there by car.
NOTICED :
Very nice apartment very functional and well equipped but ACCESS to the garage located in the BASEMENT is DIFFICULT.

The keys will be handed over at the agency BETWEEN 2 p.m. and 6 p.m., and depending on the availability of the accommodation.

Vacances à La Favière
Appartement TRES bien situé car proche de la plage et du centre ville. Il est de belle qualité et bien équipé mais pas de lave vaisselle et une machine à laver très petite (ce qui devient compliqué pour une famille de 4 qui reste plusieurs semaines). Deux Seuls inconvénients indépendant de la volonté des propriétaires: 1/ travaux de ravalement de façade durant la première semaine avec échafaudages : pas de bruit mais nuisance indiscrétion et non accès d'usage à la terrasse . 2/ Deuxième semaine : travaux de rénovation force (travail au marteau dès 8h et chaque matin durant 4 jours) sur dalle du rez-de-chaussée. Ces travaux n'auraient-ils pas pu se réaliser en avril ou mai ? Il serait bien qu'ABRITEL informe sur son site que le bien en location est géré par une agence immobilière et non pas le vrai propriétaire.

Belle location à La Favière.
L'appartement est fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Bien situé plage et commerces à moins de 5 min à pied. Petit bémol, les matelas des lits superposés sont à remplacer (usés et sales). Malgré cela nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
