This was an excellent place and location while we visited for a wedding on the island. I would only recommend that they have a keyless entry made so that you can enter your rental without obtaining keys and arranging that connection. Very fun and equipped & we would definitely come back and stay. Thank you for sharing this place with us.

The only reason that our guests suggested us to get a keyless entree is because our guests changed the time that they would be arriving twice. We call our guests at least 24 hours advance to let them know we will meet them with the keys at 4:00 pm and give them a quick walk through at the property and the keys. Our guests text me and said they would probably be checking in around 7:00pm, not 4:00pm. We scheduled our next day around the new arrival time at 7:00 pm. So I planned to pick up my family from Disneyland around 5:00 PM to be back on Agate for the 7:00 pm check in time. Then around 4:00pm I got a text from our guests that an Uber is picking them up at 5:00 pm and that they are 40 minutes away. They arrived on our property at 6:00 pm. I arrived at 6:15 with my family. Our guests were upset that they had to waited 15 minutes. We were not the ones to change the check in time. Our guests changed the check in time twice.

We had a great stay. Property was well appointed, beds were comfortable. Very nice large patio and tons of beach equipment to use, which was such a nice added bonus.We have spent a lot of time renting in Newport Beach and Balboa Island and this was a great property.

Very Clean and great location. Communication with the owner was excellent. Kitchen, living and bedrooms were all nicely furnished with nice open patio area with outdoor seating, table for dining and BBQ. Beach chairs included as well!Great stay on the island!

Excellent Host! Accommodations were as described. Very comfortable and very clean. Well appointed unit. Beds were comfortable, showers were sparkling with great water pressure. Kitchen was spotless. Updated kitchen appliances. Great location with comfortable middle patio seating area and clean BBQ with clean utensils. Wonderful property. We plan to return.

We loved our girls’ weekend staying at this beautiful home. It was very spacious and clean. The friendly hosts were onsite and very helpful in recommending restaurants and giving us local tips. The location was in walking distance to restaurants and shops. We also really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas that they had there for us to use. We would love to stay here again!

What a great property, Balboa Island is a great location, the area feels very safe and the property is excellent, well appointed and the bed is super comfy. I'd recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay on the area. Pasqual and Kathy are also two lovely hosts.

Excellent place

The unit was appointed well and close to the island ferry and Fun Zone. Easy walk to anywhere on the island. The host was very hospitable and helpful with easy check-in and out. Would definitely recommend this place.
