Great Spring Break Getaway!

This house was great for our mom’s and son’s spring break trip. The location is fantastic! It is close to the beach, stores and restaurants. We did rent a car, and only needed it for our day at Universal. We stayed in the front house, which is the best one because you have two patios! Linda the owner was great and communicated everything we needed very timely.

This cottage has magic and an ideal location

I would buy this cottage in a heartbeat if it was in my budget and for sale. I was there nine days and did not want to leave. It has everything I want in beauty and comfort. There is seating for seven inside and out so my family could visit with us before we went out to eat. I slept well and we loved the easy, chef's kitchen. The cottage manager had soft music playing and chocolate cupcakes out and other food and beverage items in the frig. I felt so welcome after a long, rainy day of travel.

Mom and Daughter CA Get Away

With the ease to the beach, beautiful scenery up and down Newport Beach-the cottage was a perfect! Checked off all the boxes for my oldest daughter’s and my visit to CA, from MN.

Charming!

I loved this place. The cottage was very clean, well equipped, cute, close to the beach and had a parking garage. The beds were very comfortable. Linda was easy to contact and responsive. I would definitely say here again!

Exceeded expectations

Owners were delightful, avail if needed. New smart tv added to month long stay enjoyment. All facilities enjoyed. Property close to any thing one may want. Three blocks to ocean and about a mile to the Newport pier. Parking a Newport thing.
