Formed by 2 independent apartments, the villa for rent is characterized by a modern and cozy design, is equipped with all modern amenities such as air conditioning, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, stereo and TV, satellite dish and decoder, electric oven, microwave.

Karma is equipped with alarm system, safe, grates on doors and windows,
parking space inside the property. The villa consisting of two units
accommodates a total of up to 9 people.

Next to the swimming pool there is a comfortable solarium area furnished with deckchairs and sunbeds, masonry seats embellished with soft cushions in bright colors.
An easy staircase leads to the 2 furnished verandas,
furnished with lounges, masonry table, chairs and stone seats where you
can have lunch al fresco and dine al fresco preparing excellent grills
at the barbecue.

Villa Karma is a fine dwelling consisting of 2 independent vacation homes, both equipped with heaters and protected by grilles on doors and windows.
The first vacation home opens
with a covered veranda, furnished with a lovely dining room suitable
for al fresco dining during the hottest hours of summer.
Hues of yellow and gold accompany the interior of the apartment, which opens onto living room with sitting area, 1 single sofa bed and TV, and well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, dishwasher, etc. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, served by 1 shower room.(Sleeps 5)
The second dwelling,
also introduced by a covered veranda and large windows, has an entrance
to a living room with a modern, colorful kitchen and living room with
eclectic furnishings and intense colors, earth and purple.

Villa
Karma is located in the countryside of Carovigno, very close to the
hamlet of Serranova famous for its vines, and only 3 kilometers from the beaches of the Adriatic, Specchiolla and the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto, in the province of Brindisi.
The
villa is just a few minutes by car from the famous art cities and
medieval villages of Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica, places
also renowned for their wine and food traditions.
Field trips, bicycle or train rides, sailing school lessons, diving and scuba diving courses can be arranged upon request.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 104 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- It is composed by 2 separate houses and shares the street gate and the path to the house with another house, maintaining their own privacy.
