The following are the Guidelines for your reference:
1. Once payment has been, kindly notify us thru email (punongbayanrosalinda@gmail.com) or text messages or Viber (0936-2011-932) along with the list of unit occupants with ages and active email address.
2. Upon submission of the list of names, please give us at least two days to process your Authorization to Use (ATU) because this is still subject for approval by Pico de Loro Management In any case that ATU’s were disapproved due to allowable number of occupants per unit, the owner or his/her authorized should be present during the check in time.
3. An ATU for Both Condominium and the Club will be sent back to you thru your provided email address.
Kindly present those ATU upon entering the Main Gate as Pico de Loro is not allowing guest to enter without the hard copy of the ATU. Same ATU will be presented to the Condominium and The Club for registration purpose
Guests entrance fees and resort facilities are NOT YET INCLUDED. Guest entrance includes the usage of BEACH, POOLS, SHOWER ROOMS, LOCKER ROOMS AND SHUTTLE SERVICES AROUND THE VICINITY.

Driver’s Quarter – 620/night
• If you wish to grill, you could bring coals and BBQ Grill. The club provided a space wherein you can grill.
• Bring toiletries, towels and blankets.
• Pico de Loro is a Private Membership Resort that’s why there are special privileges for members. The Beach Club is entitled only for members and accompanied guests but everybody has the access to the Pico beach. Guests could enjoy the Country Club wherein there is infinity pool, Olympic size pool, locker rooms and some sport activities area to enjoy such us the gym, basketball court, badminton court, billiards, bowling, etc.
· Rebooking fee is 2,500php. If there is signal number of typhoon, no rebooking fee will be charged.
· Cancellation of booking or refund can only be given if there is signal number of typhoon. If not, 3,000php/night will be charged.
4. Guest fee will be paid at The Club Pavilion for the use of amenities . Beach club amenities ( Pool, restaurant etc.) is exclusive for members and accompanied guest of member only . Unaccompanied guest of members may use the beach and Country Club Pool and amenities. Other amenities like outdoor and indoor sports and recreation may require minimal fee per hour .
5. Guest fee is a one time fee.
6. The unit is fully furnished with cable tv. Beddings and linens are provided except towels. Bath Soap and shampoo are not provided. Please bring your own drinking water
7. The unit is complete with Kitchen wares, Dinner wares and cooking wares ( Fridge, Microwave oven, stove,water heater,oven toaster is available)
8. May we require a Php 2,000.00 hold out deposit before entering the unit. Said amount will be return to you after completion of unit check list before check out. Check in time is 2 pm and Check out is 12 noon.
9. Please note the maximum number of pax for the 2br is 8 to 9 pax , studio is 4 pax and 1 br is 5 pax.
10. In any case of cancellation, a refund will be returned within 24 hours after check in date.

• You can get the key to my caretaker in lobby of the building upon presenting the Condominium Corporation Guest Authorization Form to the RECEPTION and kindly surrender it upon check out to my caretaker.
• If in case there is no tenant before you, earliest check in is 1pm, if earlier, P200php/hour will be charged. For check out, if in case there will be no tenant after you, latest check out is 1pm, if exceeded, 200php/hour will be charged.

At the Country Club, the usual sports amenities and facilities are set amid spectacular nature views. One can engage in racquet sports, work out in a gym overlooking the man-made lagoon, or even have a lively session of karaoke in a private entertainment room with views of the beach. No guest will be left disinterested with the recreational facilities available — six badminton courts, two squash courts, a basketball and a tennis court, six-lane bowling alleys, a ballroom that can accommodate 300 persons, a billiards room, three karaoke rooms, a children’s playground, two family pools, two jacuzzis, two lap pools, a kiddie pool, and secure locker rooms.
Outdoors, families can enjoy water sports like scuba diving, wind surfing, kayaking, and snorkeling. Cove visits, fish feeding, and diving expeditions to some of Hamilo’s marine-protected areas can likewise be arranged. On land, beach volleyball and Frisbee games can be enjoyed at the beachfront. For the more adventurous types, there are bike and mountain trails. And for those who simply want to indulge in mind and soul pampering, full body massage and treatments are readily available at the club’s outdoor massage tents.
