The spacious rooftop provides all the bells and whistles for a tremendous vacation. There are two Jacuzzis, one large counter current infinity pool for endless swimming, fireplace, fully equipped gym, free wifi at the lobby and rooftop and a rooftop bar! The building has two elevators for faster reach of the rooftop. There is 24-hour security guard service, secure elevator systems and sensor lighting in the common areas.

The residence has a king size bed in the master bedroom with a full bathroom, closet, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be used separately or pushed together to make another king size bed.

A spacious balcony branches off of the living area and connects to the master bedroom where one can sit in peace soaking in the ocean views and cool breeze.

The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans and utensils. The living room has modern designed sofa chairs, flat screen HD TV with internet connection for movie streaming/Netflix and 10 Mbps wifi.

Located in Amapas, by the dead end street of cafeto or aslo known as Almendro street, we provide the perfect combination of Ocean Views, Mountain Views, Town Views in a piece of land surrounded by the Jungle.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the condo, rooftop infinity pool Jacuzzi and bar.

Interaction with guests

Myself or one of our teammates will meet you at the building upon arrival to check you in and show you around the condo and development. After that, we'll leave you alone! However, if you have any questions or issues during your stay we are reachable via phone, email or WhatsApp.

Outside visitors are not allowed on the rooftop or in common areas. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Guests will be provided access wristbands at check-in to wear during their stay. Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
