Newly remodeled top floor unit with 2 balconies. One balcony looks out to the pool, 2 spas, 2 tennis courts and 180 degree mountain view. Easy walking to Downtown Palm Springs, the Spa Casino, Art Museums, Restaurants, etc.... The bedroom can be either two twin extra long beds or one king size bed, whichever you prefer. The well equipped kitchen has all the standards including a blender, toaster, instant hot water heater, drip coffee maker and a French Press.

Cancellation Policy: Cancelling 0-90 days before occupancy-50% refund, Cancelling prior to 90 days before occupancy- 80% refund. Thank you.
This unit is only available for rentals from 30 days to 3 months maximum. Thanks!

Nice place and a great location

Nice newly remodeled 2nd floor condo convenient to shopping and downtown Palm Springs. Nice swimming pool and laundry on the property. Bill was a gracious host, we highly recommend it!

Palm Springs Mountain View Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bill’s condo. He met us upon arrival and showed us around. A great location with a 10 minute walk to downtown Palm Springs. We enjoyed the two balconies, one with a beautiful view of the mountains and the pool area. The condo was clean, well stocked and had a comfortable bed. Looking forward to staying there again next year!

Best possible rental for me!!

Pronto, personal, friendly check in. Great property. Like a mini resort. Close to EVERYTHING PS has to offer! Great for single resident. Very well supplied. No hiccups or problems. Absolutely petfect!
