Our stay at the Lyric was wonderful!The home is located in the country and is very private. Megan has done a wonderful job of decorating and creating a very comfortable space. Everything was very clean and well organized

Amazing home with amazing views

This home was the most amazing place ever! The comfortable setting and all of the amenities were top notch. This hostess outdid herself and you can see the love and care she puts into her home. The details about the stay, directions, surrounding venues, down to the directions for the coffee maker and grill were the best I've ever seen! I highly recommend Southbound Stays for anyone wanting to visit Nashville or Cocoa Beach!

This place is amazing!! Very roomy and open and great place for large friend and family gatherings. The beds were so comfortable!! We love that every bedroom had their own bathroom. The kitchen was very well equipped. We loved the large table that we could all sit around for our meals. We will definitely be staying here again!!

The host was very clear about her expectations and provided a very thorough guide to the house and local shopping, sights and landmarks in the area.All amenities stated in the guide were available and in good working condition. Kitchen was fully functional with all the needed utensils and cookware.We had a wonder visit with our family. Highly recommended.

Such a well-equipped and beautiful home! Very comfortable beds! Excellent stay. Our only complaint is the late check-in (4 pm) and early check out (10 am). You’re really only getting 36 hours with a 2 night stay.
