Ground floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed of 160, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds of 80.

A fully equipped open kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, classic oven, electric hob, coffee machine, food processor, electric plancha).

Upstairs served by a mezzanine: a lounge area with 2 benches that can be used as beds (beds of 80).
2 bedrooms each composed of 2 twin beds of 80 with plenty of storage.
A shower room with WC.

The villa is equipped with high speed WIFI.
Reversible air conditioning in the living room and in the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor.

Rates: from 150 to 300 € / night depending on the season (reservation of 2 consecutive nights minimum)
May and June: € 250 / night or € 1,500 / week
The first 2 weeks of July: € 300 / night or € 1,800 / week
The last week of August: € 300 / night or € 1,800 / week
September: € 300 / night or € 1,800 / week
October: € 200 / night or € 1,200 / week
November: 150 € / night or 900 € / week

Cleaning charge at the end of the stay compulsory: 80 €.
