About this property
Villa with beautiful sea-view and pool for 6 people
The villa is located on a 1200m2 surface, which is surrounded all over with oleander-flowers. Already on first sight it seems to you as an oasis of silence
The house is built in Proven?al style. The typical mint green blinds give it a light and friendly impression.
The terrace offers you a comfortable seating, a big table, some sunbeds and a BBQ.
The Mediterranean garden and pool (3,5 x 6,5m, 1,80m deepness) are invisible for the neighbouring plots.
Interior/ First floor:
You enter the house under a beautiful pergola and get in the entrance hall of the house.
Turning to the right you get to our two bedrooms, decorated in maritime white/light-blue and one bathroom.
Bedroom No.1: double bed 180 x 200 cm, buildt-in cupboard, 1 bedside locker, door to the terrace
Bedroom No.2: double bed 160 x 200 cm, cupboard, 1 bedside locker, door to the terrace
Bathroom: with shower/WC and a sink
Separate toilette
Turning from the entrance to the left you walk through a swing door into the kitchen and the living-room. The kitchen in its sunny yellow is typically for the Provence and implies a fridge with freezing compartment, a combined electric-/gas stove, an oven, a microwave, a washer, a coffee maker, a kettle, dishes, glasses and cutlery are sufficient available
Kitchen and living room are light-flooded through the many big windows and doors which are leading to the terrace. Also the living room is decorated in maritime white/light blue. For sure there we provide you a flatscreen-TV and Wifi-access.
Interior / second floor:
Über die Treppe in der Diele gelangen Sie in die 1. Etage.
Walking from the entrance up the stairs you get to the second floor.
There another bathroom with bath tub, sink and WC is waiting for you.
And the master bedroom with a bouble bed (180 x 200cm), a buildt-in cupboard and 2 bedside lockers, as well decorated in with and light blue.
From there a door is leading to the balcony, with a marvellous view over the sea and the surrounding area. The little table there welcomes you for your first cup of coffee in the morning sunset.
You are requested to bring your own bed linen, hand-towels, towles for the douche and beach. The pillow slips have the size 70 x 70cm. For the colder time of the year we offer you blankets and duvets (140 x 200cm), you find them in the drawers under the beds.
Beaches:
The beache of Cavalaire extends over 8km, thereof are 4km fine sandy beach.
“Residence Beach” furnished beach, excellent beach restaurant, german-speaking owners.
“Pardigon beach” free beach, well-tended, chargeable parking, WC, lifeguards.
Shopping:
Many little shops at the harbour and in the village and a big supermarket named „Carrefour“ are the possibilities you have in Cavalaire. Cheaper with even a bigger offer (especially fish and sea-fruits) is „Geant“ at the crossways of Gassin.
