A check or transfer of 30% is required to confirm the reservation; this amount will not be refunded if there is a cancellation less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival.
The rest is due two weeks before arrival.
A check of deposit of 2500 € is asked the day of the arrival: not cashed and recoverable after inventory of fixtures.
