About this property

Provencal house with rustic charm, ideal for family,

House from the 60s located in a very green and calm private domain with a large terrace overlooking the Mediterranean scrub. The house is less than 10 min. by car from the "D-Day Landing Beach" in Cavalaire Bay (a free parking pass for access to the beach car park is provided during the summer season).

This pretty house with rustic charm has two bedrooms in its upper ground floor: it is composed of a bedroom with matrimonial bed and a bedroom with two small single beds rather suitable for children. The bedrooms open onto a large living room opening onto the terrace where you can eat throughout the summer season. On the same level, there is also a bathroom with separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen (recently refurbished). Downstairs, there is a small independent studio from the top and connected to the house by an external staircase. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and a toilet (note that the toilet and bathroom are only closed by a curtain!).

Pleasant garden to enjoy naps and the song of cicadas, abundant in summer.

The house has a rustic comfort and has neither TV nor internet, which allows you to make a real anti-stress break :-)

Propriétaire très sympathique et engagée.La maison est confortable et très bien meublée, la terrasse est grande et magnifique. Le jardin est également fantastique. Il ne manque plus qu'une piscine pour parfaire la maison, même si elle dispose d'une douche extérieure.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

zwei sehr entspannte Wochen an der Côte d'Azur

Das Haus liegt malerisch oberhalb eines Seitentals im Außenbereich von La Croix-Valmer. Mit dem Auto sind die Ortschaft, Supermarkt und die Strände in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig und quasi mitten im Grünen. Es gibt einen eigenen Boule Platz und schöne schattige Bereiche im Garten und ums Haus. Die Ausstattung und der Standard des charmanten Hauses entspricht der Beschreibung und ist vollständig. Wer allerdings 2023er Hotel Standard mit Klimaanlage, Designer Sofa und 2m³ Kühlschrank und Induktionsherd usw., erwartet - der ist fehl am Platz. Die Einrichtung ist rustikal, authentisch und vollständig, es gibt etwas Lesestoff und ein paar Spiele. Wir haben auf der großen Terrasse sehr schöne Tage und Abende verbracht, viel selbst gekocht und die Köstlichkeiten der vielen Märkte und Bäckereien genossen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist perfekt, der Empfang herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Aufteilung in zwei Einheiten war für uns klasse, der erwachsene Nachwuchs konnte sich entspannt zurückziehen. Der Urlaub war in Summe wunderbar und das charmante Haus war ein genialer Teil davon. Idyllisches Häuschen, einfach toll!

Unser Urlaub war ein voller Erfolg, die Kommunikation mit Perrine und Hafida (die den Schlüssel übergibt) war einwandfrei, das Haus sieht genau aus wie auf den Bildern, der Garten ist größer als er wirkt und bot grade unseren Kindern viel Platz zum Spielen. Der Parkplatz am Strand in der Hauptsaison ist ein unglaublicher Vorteil, so konnten wir immer zum Meer und mussten nicht mal weit gehen. Wir empfehlen den Urlaub in dem charmanten Häuschen auf jeden Fall.

schöner, ruhiger Urlaub

Schönes, geräumiges Haus mit schönem Garten in den Bergen vor Croix Valmer. Wunderschöner Blick von der Terrasse. Zum Strand muss man mit dem Auto fahren, es gibt aber inklusive einen Parkplatz direkt am Strand.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Perrine, la propriétaire et Hafida, la personne qui nous a accueilli sont très sympathiques et très disponibles. Le quartier est calme et l' hébergement fidèle à la description , on s'y sent bien très vite ! Nous recommandons vivement.
