This flat is an ideal base for visiting Bordeaux. It's got all you need and is near to great restaurants and to the opera house and the concert hall. We decided to go to a choir concert in the evining and we were pleasantly surprised. The Cité du Vin is easily reachabloe via tram. I highly recomment this flat and we will definitely visit again.

Comme le dit la description, c’est un petit studio mais avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour confortable et confortable. Intérieur mais avec lumière naturelle. Great Apartment but the description is misleading!

No problems with the actual standard of accommodation. Great location, very reasonably priced, great facilities, excellent communication with the property management. My issue with this stay is that the description of the property is very misleading. There is no separate bedroom and the unit does not offer 2 beds. Booked with a friend to watch the rugby, so imagine our disappointment to find there is one pull down sofa bed. We had to take turns sleeping on the floor! Please update the description to ensure no other booking parties are inconvenienced.

Très bon séjour

Logement agréable, plutôt petit mais fonctionnel, juste ce qu'il faut quand on est 2. Très bien situé et logement sécurisant avec code de porte extérieure. En période d'été attention beaucoup de petits moustiques et quelques difficultés à avoir de l'eau froide mais dans l'ensemble on a passé un très bon séjour, coin tranquille et encore une fois l'emplacement du bien près des bars biens fréquentés et du centre-ville touristique avec toutes les grandes enseignes est un super point. Pas besoin de sortir la voiture pour faire les coins les plus intéressants de Bordeaux.

The Studio was perfectly located in Bordeaux, the communication with the team was good, they were really accommodating. Just keep in mind that it is rather small, and that due to the window facing the inner courtyard the air does not circulate fast, but the fan helps :)

The apartment is located in the centre of the city which is a really good factor. It looked exactly like the pictures. We did the check in at night so we didn’t have the chance to meet Nicolas but everything was well explained and we didn’t have any problems. The apartment was also cleaned and had everything we needed.

Great base for a city break

Small, but great value and great location, really very quiet. Easily accessible by bus 1 from the airport to Gambetta Meriadec. For Uk and Irish visitors, note that the sockets are of a modern standard with a protruding earth pin, so adaptors with side earth strips don't work - we managed to charge our phones with our USB cable connected to the TV box. To self check-in, walk about 10 metres along the path to the car park - press the button with the key symbol followed by the four digit code, then push the door. The TV does work if you operate both remotes. The window shutters operate by remote controllers.

Good and pleasant stay

Place was just as advertised, great location and very central. Nicolas was a great host and made checking in very easy with pictures and instructions as we checked in quite late at night. Everything was great!
