The house is located near Valle's zocalo (10 min walk) in a luxurious 7 house private condominium by the lake.
The ample terrace is the heart of this property with a bar, an outdoor living room with a fire pit, a 16 people dining table, barbeque, plunge pool, 15 people jacuzzi, sundeck, game table and multiple lounge chairs.
Inside there is a 12 people dining table and a 10 people living room.
Downstairs in the middle of the bedrooms there is a large and cozy TV room.
The house includes three service people (two staying overnight) and one extra maidroom.
5 of the 6 bedrooms have a great lake view.
The house has Sonos sound system.
