BEAUTIFUL NEWLY REMODELED PRIVATE POOL HOME 2/2 - JUST SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH

Beautiful newly renovated 2/2 home on Indian Rocks Beach. Just blocks from the beach, it will take you less than 8 minutes to walk. The whole home has just been renovated to a high standard, as well as a BRAND NEW pool!
One bedroom has a King bed, the other has a Queen as well as a sleeper/sofa in the living room. There are two bathrooms which have been fully renovated as well.
Cook up a storm in the redesigned kitchen, or head to one of a plethora of local restaurants.
The whole house has just had a full remodel and a brand new pool has just been installed!! The living room has a 55" smart TV, and both bedrooms have a 43" smart TVs. There is WIFI for your use as well. The home also has a washer dryer for you to use during your stay.
We also have beach chairs, and umbrella and a beach cart to help you enjoy the beach!

Great stay!

We loved our stay at this house! We appreciated the private pool in the back, park down the street, and close proximity to the beach! Communication was clear and prompt! We had questions during our stay and they were answered quickly. We were comfortable and had lots of space for our small family. The kitchen was a great size and we had everything we needed for cooking meals. Thank you!

Spring 2024

Great home, spacious, quiet neighborhood, 10-12 minute walk to the beach. Very responsive to any requests we made. Loved the pool, but it was cold! Also, 2nd bedroom shares a bathroom with the master bedroom, which is sub-optimal. Finally, Spectrum TV was all that was available, and it was very limited. Otherwise, really loved it!

Great Stay

The Blue Chair house was just like the pictures, and was perfect for our family. The house was very clean, and located very close to activities and restaurants. Short walk to the beach! The pool was great too, for the times we just wanted to hang around the house and relax. Very pleased with our stay, and would definitely visit again.

Nice place beautiful pool

2 adult couples stayed for a week in February. The house is nice, pool is beautiful, and location is great. Quick walk to the beach and local restaurants. Short drive to Clearwater, Tampa and surrounding areas. Minor drawbacks - floors didn't appear to have been mopped and there was dust on the lightswitches and floorboards, there was only enough dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and toilet paper for the first couple days, and only enough laundry detergent for one load. Also check out requirements are pretty extensive - strip beds, take out all trash, start dishwasher, start load of towels in washer, etc. When you stay at a hotel, all of these things are provided with no extra charge - just saying. We've stayed at many other VRBO's that have also provided them. We had a great trip none the less.
