The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge and freezer, coffee maker, kettle, as well as crockery, and utensils complete for meals.
In the bathroom, walk-in shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.

This accommodation is non-smoking.
The rental will be from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of 300 euros will be requested upon arrival of the tenant, and will be returned 7 days after the end of the rental if the inventory does not call for observations.
In the event of loss or damage to rental items caused by the tenant, the amount of this deposit will be reduced by the cost of restoration or replacement costs. The balance will be returned within a maximum of 30 days.
Tenants can arrive with their linens. An option supply of linen (sheets / towel) is available for 50 euros.
A cleaning option of 70 euros is also possible. If it is not used, the tenant agrees to return the housing in the state of cleanliness he found on entering.
