Sehr schönes Häuschen am Meer

Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in diesem schönen Häuschen. Ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Vermieterin reagiert sehr rasch, sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Haus ist gut gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr nahe, um Croissants und Brot zu holen und man ist gleich am Strand. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Le séjour a démarré par un imprévu qui a rendu le logement indisponible. Alors que Valérie la propriétaire en a été informée le jour J et que ce problème était tout à fait indépendant de sa volonté (coupure d'eau de 48h), elle nous a trouvé une solution de repli très convenable (appartement dans la même résidence).Nous y avons passé les deux premières nuits, puis nous avons pu nous établir dans la maisonnette qui est tout confort, la véranda est un espace de vie très agréable, le logement est bien équipé et propre, et la proximité avec la mer est exceptionnelle. La résidence est calme, nous avons passé une excellent séjour. Valérie nous a proposé deux nuits supplémentaires gratuites pour compenser ce désagrément de début de séjour. C'est une personne qui fera tout ce qui est en son pouvoir pour que vous passiez de bonnes vacances dans son logement.

Chère Madame Uteza, Ce furent des vacances vraiment excellentes à Frontignan. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans votre maison. Nous tenons particulièrement à vous remercier pour la prolongation que vous nous avez accordée. Mme Soares était également très gentille et a géré la passation de pouvoir avec professionnalisme. Tout était très cohérent. Nous serions certainement ravis de revenir vers vous l'année prochaine si vous souhaitez nous avoir à nouveau comme locataire. Emplacement idéal en bord de mer

Tout le séjour s'est parfaitement bien passé de la réservation jusqu'au départ. Valérie s'est montrée très disponible par message. Le logement a un emplacement idéal en bord de mer... très pratique pour un séjour avec des enfants en bas âge ! Le logement est fonctionnel et correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Point à relever : une propreté impeccable !!! C'est la première fois que nous séjournons dans un logement aussi propre ! Merci à Mme S. pour son accueil chaleureux, sa disponibilité et son travail irréprochable ! Nous recommandons à 100% !

mignonnette maison en bord de plage avec piscine résidence calme et familiale l idéal avec des enfants bas age tout peut se faire à pieds le beau temps a été de la partie mais un gros plus pour la grande véranda si mauvais temps et bien sur clim de partout très utile

Une maisonnette très bien située

Une petite maisonnette très bien équipée à proximité de la plage et de commerces : dommage qu’exceptionnellement pour la région, le temps n’était pas de la partie. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir d’autant que la personne qui nous a donné les clés s’est montrée très disponible.

Location située très proche de la mer. A cette saison la résidence est très calme. La location est très agréable à vivre. La véranda est un plus agréable l'automne.

Nous avons passé deux semaines formidable dans cette petite maison où rien de manquait. La mer à deux pas est un plus, de même que le lave-vaisselle et la climatisation. Nous recommandons vivement cette location !

Gute und ausführliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, sehr gut ausgestattetes Reihenhäuschen in ruhiger familiärer Anlage, nur einen Steinwurf vom Strand und sauberen Meer entfernt, flacher Strand, für Kinder geeignet Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar.

Schöne Unterkunft mit Harken

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Valeries Appartement, die Lage ist toll! Leider stellt uns Valerie im Nachgang eine Reinigungsgebühr in Höhe von 50 Euro in Rechnung, obwohl in Ihrem Inserat nichts davon steht, dass die Gäste die Wohnung selbst reinigen müssen. Noch dazu muss ich sagen, haben wir die Wohnung gesaugt haben bevor wir abgereist sind. Ich finde man sollte nach jedem Gast die Wohnung professionell reinigen lassen. Ansonsten muss explizit im Inserat vermerkt sein, dass die Reinigung durch den Gast vorzunehmen ist. Wir stehen jetzt zur Klärung mit fewo-direkt in Kontakt.
