We put in seasonal hiring furnished a pretty small villa "The Bastidon", approximately 90 m ² livable with:
. An extraordinary view of the port and the bay of Cassis (photo 1),
. Hyper-secure access (2 automatic portals),
. 2 to 3 private car parks,
. A large garden (photo 2) and closed (small pets allowed), with a (huge) covered barbecue, lit + running water (photo 3),
. A large terrace of 45 m² including a private part (photo 4), and the other part covered by a veranda "to live" (closed, air-conditioned and lit), serving as an entrance and dining room (photo 5).
. Entering the air-conditioned living room and equipped with a fireplace insert (photo 6), with a sofa bed that can serve as 6th occasional bed, we find in front a charming kitchen (stone sink Cassis) , fully equipped (photos 7 & 8), then right:
. A large room (photo 9), with 2 beds (140 cm bed) overlooking a private terrace (photo 4), with a large adjoining dressing room, fully equipped, and a bathroom (photo 10) and a Independent toilet.
. Then, going to the 1st floor by a beautiful staircase ((photo 11),
. A mezzanine with a bed (1 sleeping) of 90 cm, a large closet and a very clear desk (photo 12), then:
. A room with 2 beds (2 beds of 90 cm), with a big cupboard and seen on sea (photo 13),
. A bathroom with toilet (photo 14).
All in perfect condition, well decorated, well equipped, heated, air conditioned and equipped with controlled mechanical ventilation (VMC).

This villa was declared to the Cassis Town Hall on April 09, 2019 under number OFG6Y1. It is classified 4 stars by the Tourist Office of Cassis since July 13, 2019.
