On a large lot, a small villa for 4 people with a large living-dining room and two bedrooms. Past the gate, a private road leads you to a parking area for several vehicles, and allow you easy turn. A terrace with two plane trees to play bowls at your disposal. A terrace shaded by a large olive tree extends the home for dining outside. An air conditionner system is now present on the living-rom for your comfort.

Delightful Property

My friend and I spent an idyllic two weeks in Cassis with this little villa as our home base. It had all the amenities we could have hoped for, including a dishwasher, which was a nice surprise. Charming home with a beautiful view. We would definitely come stay again!

Ein sehr schöner Platz. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Das Haus selber ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, allerdings ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem das Bad.

Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel und man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die Umgebung. Das Haus ist schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, ist aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich und verfügt über eine gute Infrastruktur. Tolle Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung

Gorgeous mountain, vineyard and ocean view

Perfect for our summer stay in this cozy country property. Just a few minutes from Cassis town center, it feels like you are miles away. We enjoyed the patio area during the day and into the evenings, sipping local wines. The owners personal garden was a plus with fresh tomatoes at the ready…a very relaxing spot for our group of three.

Vacances d'été très agréables

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et conseillés sur Cassis et ses environs. La propriété est plus belle que nous imaginions. Elle est entourée de végétation du sud avec une vue splendide sur le relief et la mer. La location est très confortable et nous la conseillons vivement.

Un havre de paix de toute beauté !

Un véritable havre de paix au milieu de la pinède baignée par le chant des cigales ! Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans le calme et la tranquillité avec une vue imprenable et magnifique sur les fameux vignobles de Cassis, le cap Canaille et la mer. Merci Jérome de nous avoir accordé ce privilège unique. Nous reviendrons !

très bien

Deux semaines à Cassis dans cette maison au cœur de la nature avec un grand jardin nous a fait beaucoup de bien. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Reposant, endroit très calme, proche de petits commerces. Nous sommes venus en train et nous avons tout fait à pied et pour le centre la marche nous a fait un grand bien. Cette période de printemps est très bien car il n'y avait pas trop de touriste par rapport à juillet/aout, le soleil nous a accompagné tout notre séjour 25 degrés presque tous les jours. Le dépaysement total. Je vous recommande ce logement pour un super séjour.

Séjour très agréable dans une maison rustique possédant tout le confort minimal, au milieu des pins, figuiers et oliviers. Geeks s'abstenir, cette maison n'est pas connectée et c'est tant mieux! Vue merveilleuse sur le majestueux Cap Canaille, un bout de méditerranée et les vignobles. Pour les amoureux de nature, de calme, un livre ou un verre de rosé de Cassis à la main!

"Un logement simple, sans fioritures mais impeccable, ultrapratique et surtout idéalement situé au milieu d''un grand jardin en pleine nature. Nous y avons passé une semaine de rêve, à nous réjouir de la splendide vue sous l''olivier de la terrasse. On se sent accueillis, il y a un cahier très complet sur le fonctionnement de chaque chose dans la maison, et les propriétaires ont la gentillesse de nous permettre de profiter de leur jardin potager (tomates et haricots au top !). Les équipements sont simples mais fonctionnent tous très bien - la seule chose qui nous a manqué peut être était un "vrai" four (et encore, c''est vraiment parce que nous aimons cuisiner). Si vous cherchez à profiter de la magnifique nature de la région, au calme, avec une vue splendide tout en étant à deux pas du centre ville : cette petite maison du bonheur est pour vous."
