Das Haus ist wegen Heizölgeruchs leider nicht bewohnbar.
Wir hatten die Beschreibung des Hauses so verstanden, dass diese vorhanden seien. Dankenswerterweise hat die Vermieterin die Sachen zur Verfügung gestellt. Als wir abends ankamen, waren wir zunächst von der Lage und Ruhe begeistert. Das Haus roch aber sehr deutlich nach Heizöl. Auf dem Tisch lag eine Nachricht der Vermieter, die auf einen leichten Ölgeruch hinwies. Das Problem war offensichtlich bekannt. Der Geruch ließ sich bei höheren Temperaturen noch herauslüften. Wenn man morgens in das Erdgeschoss hinunter ging oder nachmittags zurückkam, war der Geruch aber wieder deutlich zu spüren. Der Öltank steht in einem Raum unter der Küche. Die Zwischendecke besteht nur aus Holzdielen und alle Öldämpfe ziehen durch die Ritzen hoch in den Wohnbereich. Wir haben das Quartier nach zwei Tagen gekündigt. Die Vermieterin hat von sich aus den Betrag für die restlichen Übernachtungen zurück überwiesen. Nichtsdestotrotz fühlen wir uns getäuscht und um ein paar Urlaubstage geprellt. In der jetzigen Form ist das Haus nicht bewohnbar.
