Sehr schönes Appartment mit etwas Optimierungsbedarf

Insgesamt ist das Appartment sehr schön - Dusche und Klimaanlage sehr gut, der raumtrennende Vorhang zwischen Schlaf- und Wohnbereich sorgt für ein angenehmes Klima - und die Lage und der Blick auf die Berge sind grandios. Die Küche ist so ausgestattet, dass man selbst kochen kann. Optimierungspotenzial: Die Angebotsbeschreibung ist nicht ganz präzise. Es sind 2 Wohnungen, die unmittelbar nebeneinander liegen. War für uns mit den Nachbarn, die wir hatten kein Problem, aber es ist eben, wenn die 2. Wohnung belegt ist, nicht die "Alleinlage", die man aufgrund der Beschreibung annehmen könnte. Bzgl. der Ausstattung gab es folgende Abweichungen: - Keine Mikrowelle vorhanden - der Wäschetrockner ist ein Wäschetrockenständer, man teilt ihn und die Waschmaschine mit den Nachbarn, was ggf. Absprachen erfordern - Kaffeemaschine benötigt spezielle Kapseln, ist keine Filterkaffeemaschine. + Kühlschrank hat ein Tiefkühlfach! + Föhn entgegen Beschreibung vorhanden Die Anfahrt ist etwas tricky. Wir bekamen keine adäquate Zugangsbeschreibung. Wir hatten etwas Pech mit der Sauberkeit. Unsere Vorgänger hatten den Kühlschrank nicht sauber geputzt. Sollte vom Vermieter beim Wechsel überprüft werden. Das Außengelände, speziell das Gartenhaus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und erfüllt die von den Bildern geweckten Erwartungen nicht mehr ganz. In Summe waren das Kleinigkeiten, die uns aber nicht am Genuss des gesamten Ambientes stören konnten.

Séjour du 11 au 17 juillet 2026

Le gite est très confortable, en particulier le matelas, ce qui n'est pas si fréquent dans une location de vacances. Climatisation silencieuse et efficace, avec une excellente isolation, on peut arrêter la climatisation plusieurs heures en pleine journée sans problème. La salle de bains est agréable, le rideau de douche fatigue mais il n'y a aucun souci à l'utilisation. Si on envisage de cuisiner sérieusement, il faudra sans doute amener un peu de matériel (cocote minute, poêle anti-adhésive, économe, couteau à découper ...). Le point de vue sur les montagnes et la tranquillité du lieu sont remarquables, même si la partie terrasse est commune aux deux gîtes. A souligner aussi l'accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité de M. Battestini. En résumé une très bonne adresse de vacances en Corse.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Moltifao! Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, abgelegen und ruhig auf dem wunderschönen Grundstück von M. Battestini. Man hat eine schöne Terrasse für sich mit einem tollen Blick auf die Berge. Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat tolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohl gefühlt! :)

le gîte est sympa, mais la vaisselle laisse à désirer(poêle et couverts mal nettoyés),manque une porte à la douche. Et ce n'était pas précisé qu'on partageait la terrasse avec un deuxièmes gîte. la situation est bien pour randonner dans la région.
