Our community has a pool, lake, beach, tennis and basketball courts. We are conveniently located near the PA turnpike within minutes from outdoor recreation spots such as Lake Harmony, Hickory Run State Park, Jack Frost, Big Boulder and Camelback Ski Resorts. Other entertainment attractions include Pocono Raceway, The Crossings Outlets, Kalahari Resort, Great Wolf Lodge, Mount Airy and Mohegan Sun Casino's, Penn's Peak featuring national acts as well as many local bars and restaurants.


Our luxurious and private house nestled within the Pocono Mountains on 1.5 acres, with 1 acre being wooded, offers 3 levels of living and can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. The lower level features our family game room with 2 smart TV's, Pool Table, Foosball, Shuffleboard Table, Bar, bathroom and full access to the laundry area. The main level of the cabin has an open floor plan, with TWO separate living spaces, each with tons of comfortable seating, large scree smart TV's, and one with a gas fireplace. Dining Room, Kitchen, which leads to private deck with hot tub, surrounded by woods. Main floor also offers Queen Bedroom with full bath. The 2nd level of the cabin features 3 added bedrooms, all with Queen Beds, and 1 with 2 sets of Bunks. 2 additional Full Baths as well. With 3 levels of living there is plenty of room for you and your group to spread out and enjoy.

Outdoor Delights:
Step outside and immerse yourself in the beauty of the Pocono Mountains. Our property boasts a large, private backyard that is surrounded by wooded lots, perfect for family picnics, games such has horseshoes, ladderball, cornhole and outdoor JENGA, or stargazing in the evenings while sitting in the hot tub. The Take in the crisp mountain air as you relax on the spacious deck, sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

This is your mountain getaway home conveniently located in Towamensing Trails. A private community that offers amenities such as, a private lake, beach area, tennis courts, playground and more. There is a secluded lake in Hickory Run State Park which is just an 8 minute drive that offers a secluded lake, a free extensive beach for swimming and there are several streams for the fishing enthusiasts

Space for all ages

FIVE STARS! Jeff was great to work with, from booking, to check out and all in between. We have a large group from 65-newborns and there was plenty of space and fun for everyone. The basement game room was the perfect hangout for the kids & teens. Two oversized livings rooms. You will have space to spread out and relax. Hot tub on the deck was the icing on the cake! Great property, look forward to going back soon!

Perfect Family Getaway Weekend

We had a great family weekend at this home. The location is very good with close access to JFBB, restaurants, and shopping. There were 14 of us and the house had plenty of space to accommodate us. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. The hot tub was great and everyone enjoyed it. We had a lot of fun too, in the basement that’s equipped with foosball, a pool table and shuffleboard, and two TVs. The bar area is really nice.The property manager was attentive and responded very quickly to any messages. We would definitely rent this property again!

Amazing Stay!!!

We had an amazing time here. The house was clean and well organized. Best part of the house was basement which was a mini game room. I was traveling with kids and we all had an amazing time . Jeff was very responsive. Everything right from getting into the house to checkout was smooth and pleasant experience

Girls Weekend 2024

This was out 12th annual Girls weekend and we finally found the PERFECT house. Plenty of space so we did not feel like we were on top of each other. The game room in the basement has plenty for everyone to do and enjoy! We also enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor space! Jeff was very accommodating and was quick to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this house if you are looking for a Girls' weekend, Guys weekend or a family trip!

Great Birthday weekend

I rented out the property to have all of my Wife’s kids with us on her birthday since she gets limited time with all of them together. It was a surprise for my wife and everyone loved it. The property was well kept all the amenities were to everyone’s liking. Jeff the owner of the property was awesome from beginning to end. Adult Getaway

We stayed for a long weekend with friends. We had an amazing time! The house was clean, checkin was simple, and the location was perfect! Great house!

This house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had so many amenities to keep everyone happy. The basement was a ton of fun for kids and adults alike, and the rest of the house was clean and comfortable for relaxing. Close to both ski resorts making our days on the mountain easy and simple, even with 5 kids in tow. The owner was very responsive and made sure our stay was an enjoyable experience.

Weekend away with Friends

This was the perfect house to get away for the weekend with friends. We had so much fun and didn’t even leave the house. The house was very clean and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. The cleaning crew stopped our first night to deliver some starter essentials and make sure everything was ok. We spent most of the time in the basement playing pool and shuffleboard. We would definitely visit again.

Quiet Getaway in PA

Family weekend trip with my mother, husband and kids. The property was very clean. They had plenty of quality supplies for cooking. The basement had fun games to play and kept us busy. Video games were fun for children. The jacuzzi was large and clean and was relaxing to sit in. The beds were very comfortable which is a huge plus. Nice place to stay and enjoy PA.

I had 8 girls stay at this house it was beautiful fit us all so well. The house was extremely clean and smelled great. There was more then enough space for all of us. The kitchen was beatiful only problem was it lacked lighting or light bulbs were bad. But other then that everything was great. The owner was amazing and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this host and house to all of my friends!

Great vacation home!

We enjoyed our stay at this vacation home in the Poconos - the hot tub and game fun offered lots of fun when we where home. The home had plenty of space for our family and there was a comfy couch to lounge and watch movies as a family. The owner was very responsive to us during our stay and helped resolve any questions/concerns we had!

Family vacation

Family gathering with our adult kids and grandkids who were looking for spending time together. Plenty of things to do in the house, as well as at the nearby lake and swimming pool. Short day trip to Hickory Run, where we conquered Boulder Field. Plenty of deer who visited us on a daily basis, including 4 fawns that ran around the woods. Will rent again in the future.

Very clean nice home. Comfortable living spaces. The kitchen was well stocked for prepping meals. Many leisure activities offered for downtime or rainy days. The owner was easily accessed and responsive for a minor issue we had. It was remedied the same day. It was a pleasure staying here.

Perfect House!

Girls Weekend 2023

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway with the girls! The basement/bar area was a great place to have fun! So much to do downstairs like the pool table, shuffle alley board and foosball table! The two family rooms were spacious and the Karaoke in the one family room kept us entertained for hours! The bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfy! The hot tub was the perfect way to relax and chat about life! The first night there we already talked about planning next years trip here again! Jeff was great! Always responded right back to me with any questions I had! I definitely recommend staying here! Whether it is a girls trip, guys trip or a family trip there will be plenty for all to do!

Nice Getaway

This was a nice quiet vacation. It was just what we were looking for to sit back and unwind. It was the perfect location. Our only complaint was the beds were a bit uncomfortable. I would absolutely book with this property owner again. He was a responsive in a timely manner was very informative about everything we needed regarding the community.

Great place for family and friends!

This house was great for a long weekend getaway for my friends and family. The house provides multiple spaces for gathering, a great outdoor space, and a basement entertainment area that could keep you busy for days. The owner was very responsive and easy to get in touch with and the property manager was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent here again!
