Located across from the lakes only boat launch! ...We offer to rent while you stay seasonally of course our 2 single person kayaks, 2 person canoe and 4 person paddle boat. We are located across from the boat launch. Walking distance to many amenities, night life, restaurants, ice cream shop, etc....'Come up and enjoy Lake Harmony!
My home is very inviting and relaxing both front and back yard with a great view of the lake from all front bedrooms and front porch that has AC & heat.
New owners of 4 bedrooms, 3 queen beds, and one set of bunk beds...Downstairs there’s a family room with foosball and shuffleboard.
There's a 'gas' fireplace in the living room and gas heater in dining room just in time for the cold Winter weather!.. So, when you get in from a cold day on the slopes, just turn on the fireplace and snuggle up with hot cup of hot chocolate, tea or coffee!.. No need to hassle with messy firewood!!..
Plenty of parking!..1 car garage and driveway has an additional 4 spaces for visitors, boats, jet skis, etc.
The spacious back yard comes complete with a barbecue grill, picnic table, additional seating area with a fire pit and benches. ( Don't forget the marshmallows for the kids ! ). Local store has plenty of firewood to purchase.
Fishing has been great on the lake this season!.. Especially for 'Big mouth Bubba bass!' . Maybe take the kids out one of water craft ~4 person paddle boat, 2~one person kayaks, and 2 person canoe which you can carry down to the boat launch about 100 yards away......There are 4 adult life jackets. Or just take a short walk with the kids down to the lake. NO SWIMMING IS PERMITTED AT THE LAUNCH AREA & THERE'S NO ACCESS TO A BEACH AREA SORRY..
( I provide a key to the boat launch gate..$75.00 deposit required for key if lost)
Winter is fabulous, centered between Big Boulder and Jack Frost ski areas. If that's not enough, ice skating and ice fishing are on the 'to do list' as well!...Want to warm up on those cold winter days?'.. Take a mile drive to Split Rock Lodge's indoor water park ' H20000s!....
All new beds with comforters and blankets. You will need to bring sheets and pillowcases, towels, toiletries, etc. We provide enough amenities to get your vacation started. Plenty of warm blankets! No need to pack extra..
My home has many amenities: WIFI, Cable tv, 12 cup coffee pot ; filters provided, toaster big enough for bagels. Gas grill for grilling, along with grilling utensils and pans.
