Welcome to our newly renovated lakefront condo, nestled in the wooded Blue Heron village. With contemporary Scandinavian design, well-equipped kitchen appliances, and elegant furnishings, our home provides a blend of luxury and comfort. For those with a penchant for activity, enjoy access to the seasonal heated pool and recreational activities at the Boulder Lake Club, amidst a lively local scene. As part of the Ikigai experience, we offer you a space of tranquility, rest, and adventure.

Bedroom 1 (First Floor):
Indulge in a restful night's sleep in the first-floor bedroom, featuring a luxurious king-size bed that beckons you to unwind after a day of exploration. This bedroom also boasts the convenience of an ensuite bathroom, allowing you to freshen up in privacy.

Master Bedroom (Second Floor):
Ascend to the second floor and discover the Master bedroom, a tranquil sanctuary featuring a king-size bed that promises a peaceful night's rest. Wake up to breathtaking views of the lake through the balcony doors, and step outside to savor your morning coffee in the fresh air.

Bedroom 2 (Second Floor):
Ideal for families or groups, the second floor offers another bedroom featuring a comfortable bunk bed with both a full-size and twin-size mattress. The room also includes a convenient sofa bed for additional sleeping space. This versatile sleeping arrangement accommodates up to five guests, making it perfect for families or friends traveling together.

-Note: Each bedroom boasts a 55-inch 4K TV, ensuring that you have easy access to entertainment in your private spaces. Catch-up on your favorite shows, watch movies, and unwind with your favorite content.

Living Area:
Unwind and relax in the spacious living area, where a cozy wood-burning fireplace creates a warm, inviting ambiance. Curl up on the plush sofas and enjoy quality time with loved ones or simply indulge reading a book. For entertainment, a 70-inch 4K TV is at your disposal, providing a cinematic experience for movie nights.

Kitchen:
Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and enjoy the contemporary design and modern appliances. Enjoy complimentary access to the Lake Boulder Club, for up to four guests, offering a seasonal heated pool, private beach, and various recreational activities such as renting kayaks, playing tennis, or volleyball. And, if you require additional passes, they can be bought at a small extra fee. Nearby, Yeti Watersports and Lake Harmony Watersports provide convenient rentals for water sports enthusiasts, while Jim Thorpe River Adventures offers thrilling inflatable kayaking at Lehigh River.

This lakefront condo offers a cozy retreat just 3 minutes away from the thrilling Big Boulder Mountain & Ski Area. Unwind by the wood-burning fireplace with a glass of wine, or dive into a plethora of outdoor winter activities such as skiing and snowmobiling. For indoor fun, head to the H2Ooooh! Water Park, a mere 8-minute drive away.

Experience the vibrant local scene by strolling to the Boulder View Tavern, where you can enjoy live music against the backdrop of the stunning Boulder Lake. ADVISORY:
Please be informed that the HOA has a scheduled staining maintenance on the decks between July 24-26, 2023. Hence, outdoor furniture and grill will temporarily be unavailable for guest use during these dates. Thank you for your understanding.

● Please be mindful that our condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, and parties are not allowed. For everyone's safety and security, a noise monitoring device is installed inside the house. We have a ring doorbell and a smart lock installed at the front entrance for your convenience.

● Up to four guests will receive free access to the Boulder Lake Club, but additional passes can be purchased on-site for $15.
