Perfection!

The location of this property was nothing short of perfect. We have three little kids and it was so easy to just walk across the street for the beach/lake and playground. This community was amazing as well! So quiet and peaceful. The owners were quick to respond to any question. The house has everything we needed! We really enjoyed everything about our stay.

Beach retreat

The house is wonderful for a family with young children. We enjoyed access to the beach, the backyard, front deck, family meals at the table and family movies on the couch. The only con (which isn't anything within the owner's control) is that teenagers ran rampant on golf carts at night and the parking lot next door was a popular "hangout" for them. It was very distracting when trying to enjoy the front deck at night and a safety concern.

Nice place

The place was nice and clean and had lots of great amenities. I had a bit of a problem checking in. The check-in directions in an email I got made it sound like all I needed was a four-digit code. However, there was another communication within the Vrbo app that contained an attachment that included more extensive instructions. I missed those instructions so that's mostly my fault but finding the directions could have been clearer -- or the email shouldn't have implied that all I needed was the four-digit code. The only real problem, though, was that about a week before the trip, I received a message from the host saying I owed an additional (about) $150 for an "Arrowhead amenities fee." I feel that should have been included in the original bill.

It was very nice. Very clean, comfortable easy access and close to beach. Great home both porches front and back covered and good lighting. Great place to kick back and relax. Front porch has great seating along with two hammocks.

Wonderful stay at this lovely cozy property. Accurately described. The lit covered front and back decks with porch swing were perfect to relax and watch the wild life. Deer and wild turkeys visited. Beach and playground across the street. 4 pools, kayak, canoe rentals. The community has everything your family needs for a fun and relaxing vacation.

A Hidden GemThe house was clean,comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location right across the street from the lake. Also, there is a nice pool close by. We enjoyed our mornings on the front porch looking at the lake and our nights in the back yard that has a great fire pit. Jesse, the owner is a great host. He is quick to respond with any questions that need to be answered. I highly recommended this house.

Great Quiet Place for Girls Trip

Even though the weather was bad, this was a great property for our annual girls trip! Beautiful scenery, safe area, and property is as shown. The porches are amazing and allowed us to relax and disconnect for awhile. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location.

The property owner is very responsive and helpful. The location and property by itself is absolutely beautiful. Across the street from the lake beach area and lots of privacy if desired. Highly recommend.

Quaint and comfortable!

The house was everything I expected. It was clean and very comfortable. All 3 bedrooms more than adequate. Only two things to point out. There was one dish towel. If you plan to do any cooking, you may want to bring your own. All dishes are done by hand. No hand towel(s) was provided for the bathroom. Jesse communicated instructions. However, I missed the check in information at the lodge. I would suggest adding this information to the welcome packet to ensure it is written for guests. Overall, a great property and I would stay here again!

Arrowhead Lake

The property was clean and exactly as described. I was nervous about checking in since we would be arriving late, but it was easy! The host thankfully registered our cars to streamline the process when we got there. The lake was across the street and would have been amazing had the weather been better. We woke up to snow our first morning!
