------------ THE CHALET ------------
We want you to enjoy your stay at the Hopskip Home chalet! This home has been recently renovated with a modern boho-chic vibe from the dark exterior to the bright interior with hip lighting and mod furniture.

EXTERIOR: Lounge and dine on the expansive new deck, cook up some BBQ on the gas grill, kick back in your Adirondack and roast some s’mores round the built-in firepit. Turn down the lights at night and gaze at the star-filled sky.

LIVING ROOM: Get comfy in the living room with smart TV (no cable), electric fireplace and plenty of pillows and throw blankets.

KITCHEN: The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to store your food, prep and cook meals or serve up some drinks at the coffee bar. The house has a refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, S/P, O/V, plates, bowls, utensils, cups, mugs, wine glasses, wine openers, serving trays, cook books, trash bags, cleaning supplies and more.

BEDROOMS: Take your pick of where to sleep… do you choose the teal bedroom (queen bed), the black bedroom (full bed) or the hip loft with lounge area and vaulted ceilings (2 full beds)? Either way, you’ll sleep comfy on new foam mattresses and fresh, clean sheets.

FULL BATHROOM: The full bathroom has a tub/shower and plenty of places to stash your stuff... on the shelves, in and on the vanity or on the multiple hooks! We provide bath towels (1 per guest), dark washcloths for make up removal, a hair dryer, toiletries (if you forgot some items) like soap, shampoo, conditioner, tooth paste and more.

OFFICE SPACE: Need to work from vacation? There are desks in two of the bedrooms where you can close the door and focus. Free high speed wi-fi.

LAUNDRY: Need to run a load of laundry? There's a stacked washer and dryer in unit.

STORAGE: Keep your shoes, bags and keys neatly organized on the mudroom rack. We keep two kitchen cabinets empty for you to put your food shopping. The lower bedrooms have closets with hangers and drawer units so you can unpack. The bathroom has plenty of areas to stash everyone's toiletries and towels.

------------ ARROWHEAD LAKE COMMUNITY AMENITIES ------------

***NOTE: Arrowhead Lake charges all guests community membership fees . This fee includes use of all the amenities. The FEES ARE MANDATORY and are assessed to all rentals for occupants ages 6 and over. The fees are $6 per person, per day. Plus $20 per vehicle for gate card access. Plus a $35 Admin Fee. These Fees will billed separately through AIRBNB by the host, prior to arrival.

BEACHES: There are four beaches on the lake. Start by taking a short walk to Beach 2 which is only 0.3mi from the house! Watch the sunrise or sunset every day of your stay. Grab a sandwich at the local deli and picnic on the beach.

LAKES: Swim, fish, canoe, kayak or paddle-board your way around not one but two sparkling lakes! (Permit required for fishing)

POOLS: Take your pick of three heated outdoor swimming pools (summer season only). The arrowhead-shaped pool on the lake is a must-see!

RENTALS: Rent a kayak, canoe, paddle board, bike, fishing equipment and sports equipment at the Rental Shack. Plan a game of tennis, beach volleyball, basketball or even billiards. Bring cash for rentals. Open all summer season then weekends only through Oct 15.

KIDS & TEENS: Let the kids go wild on the playgrounds or take them to the game room with air hockey, billiards, giant Connect Four and more.

FITNESS CENTER: You don’t have to miss a workout, stop by the well-equipped fitness center/gym in the Lodge.

THE LODGE: Head on over to the main lodge, check out the library, enjoy the fitness center (age 18+) or billiards room (age 18+). Be sure to check the Events Calendar too for more unique and fun events during your stay!

COMMUNITY FEES & REGISTRATION: Temporary community membership FEES ARE MANDATORY and are assessed to all rentals for occupants age 6 and over. A basic Community Fee is automatically included in your booking that covers 1 car for a 2 day stay and up to 4 guests (ages 6+). Fees for additional cars ($20/car), days of stay and guests ($6/day per guest) will apply and be billed separately after booking. Registration forms and payment must be submitted at least 3 days prior to your arrival. Links to forms will be sent after booking. If fees are not paid in advance, you will not be allowed to enter the community. Every vehicle must be registered. Please bring your license and registration.
