3 BR/2 BA Renovated Lakefront Retreat w/ private dock, canoe/kayak, fire pit!

Red Maple Rambler- named after the large red maple tree in the front yard. A lakefront home in the Arrowhead Lake Community. Recently renovated, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large kitchen, and an expansive sun-room overlooking a 235 acres lake. Guests have access to the private floating dock for fishing and a 3 person canoe and 2 person kayak are availableto to use. Life jackets are also provided.

Only the two large bedrooms have air conditioning. There are large ceiling fans in the living spaces and oscillating fans in the bedrooms. Also, there is usually a strong cool breeze coming off of the lake. We have never felt the need for air conditioning during our stay.

Arrowhead Lake Community Amenities:

Arrowhead Lake Association has specific fees for temporary membership and vehicle registration. These fees will be requested by property manager after booking is completed and paid separately during your registration with Arrowhead Lake. See the table below for fee structure.

We will pre-register you with Arrowhead Lake Community and then you will get a reimbursement request from us, for the fees requested by Arrowhead Lake community. The registration fee of $20 is non refundable, and no changes can be made within 72 hrs prior to your arrival.

Arrowhead Community fees are as follows:
$20 registration fee
$20 gate card (per car)
$8.50/day per person over the age of 6 from May 24th until Sept 2nd or $2/person per day during the off season.
$100 last minute registration fee if the information is not submitted at least 72 hrs prior to check in date.

Please note these are not our fees. They are the community's fees.

This house is absolutely beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable beds. Great location, the backyard was wonderful right on the lake beautiful views and sunset. Great fishing and the use of the kayak was great. Highly recommended looking forward to next year and maybe a longer stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this lakefront home! The views were beautiful, and our family enjoyed every single day. The boats provided made for so much fun, and the house itself was very clean and well organized. We visit the lake almost every year, and this has been our favorite property so far. Nicholas even went above and beyond by installing two window AC units in case of a heat wave, though we never needed them since the breeze off the lake kept everything perfectly comfortable. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at this lakefront property! The house is beautifully updated, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed to make group gatherings easy and comfortable. The layout allows everyone to spend time together without feeling cramped, and the views of the lake are simply stunning.One of the standout features is the glass wall between the living room and the sunroom. You can open it up along with the sliding glass doors in the sunroom, and it feels like you're sitting right on the lake—completely immersed in nature but without the bugs. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening wine.The resort itself offers so much to do, and the abundance of deer adds a magical touch—you’ll see them everywhere! Plus, within a 30-minute drive, there are water parks, mountain coasters, hiking trails, and more, making it ideal for families or adventure seekers.I would absolutely recommend this property to others. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to return to year after year. A true gem!
