We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described and met all of our expectations. The owner was extremely responsive and answered any questions or concerns we had within minutes, both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay with friends or family! The pool and hot tub are great options to have. We aren’t able to check out the community, but it seems like they have a lot of amenities to enjoy. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice home. Having the pool was great since the Community pools were closed due to smoke from Canadian wildfires. Beaches were nice as well.

The home and property was great. We really enjoyed it. We didn't go anywhere as we just enjoyed the location and the ambiance that it gave off. Our 4 day/3 night stay was perfect. My only issue, which wasn't really an issue was the listing states the kitchen was fully functional but it wasn't. They could do a little better there. The cleaning crew needs to do a little better. We found beer cans lying around the property which we picked up a threw away. However, overall we loved it and will return.

House was very clean, and the pool was amazing! The neighborhood was quiet. Charles was very responsive with any questions that we had. When the projector remote did not work, he had another delivered to our doorstep that day. We will stay here again if we are traveling in the area in the future.

Dirty (cigarette ends, women’s sanitary product wrappers etc.). Hot tub out of order. Outdoor grill burst into flames and fire extinguisher didn’t work.

Overall Had a great time. Red tape getting in/to the property was a bit much. Property Management Company didn’t seem to know the property or the area. I prefer to interact with the actual host. Questions went either unanswered or answered without real knowledge. Pool was awesome. Need a spatula in the kitchen. Extra fees after we left were a surprise and unfortunate.

The property was great however there was an issue with a leak in the upper bathroom that made the lower bathroom extra wet and messy. Therefore we couldn’t use the upper bathroom in order to use the lower one. It was very messy and inconvenient for the price we paid. The host made us aware prior to our arrival which means it’s ongoing and should have been resolved. For the price we paid and the inconvenience it was horrible.

Hi Krystal, thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the property overall. Regarding the shower leak — we want to be transparent with future guests reading this. We discovered this issue the same day as check-in and immediately dispatched a maintenance technician to assess it. Because opening the ceiling for repair would have created far more disruption during your stay, we made the decision to schedule the full repair for the Monday following checkout, and we proactively informed you of this before you even arrived. We also suggested a simple workaround (placing a towel at the base of the shower) so the upstairs bathroom could still be used. During your stay, you mentioned the leak once and we reiterated the repair plan. At no point was it communicated to us that either bathroom was unusable or that the issue was severely impacting your experience — had we known, we absolutely would have explored additional solutions. We take maintenance seriously and pride ourselves on proactive communication, which is exactly why we disclosed this before arrival rather than letting you discover it on your own. The repair was completed as scheduled. We appreciate you staying with us and wish you all the best.

This home truly felt like our home away from home. The house is spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. It comfortably accommodated all seven of us and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.The amenities were fantastic, including games, a pool table, a fire pit, a swimming pool, and an amazing hot tub. The hot tub was definitely the highlight of our trip, we used it at least three times a day and couldn't get enough of it!Everything was exactly as pictured, which made our experience even better. We were extremely happy and satisfied with our stay.CJ was an excellent host, responsive, attentive, and thoughtful. He checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well.I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway. We had an amazing experience and would gladly stay here again!
