Innisbrook Resort - Large 825 sq ft 1 Bedroom Condo with Beautiful Fairway Views
A private 825 sq. ft. condo located on the property of the world-famous Innisbrook Golf Resort. The condo is situated in the most quiet setting, right in the heart of the resort, in the Pine Valley lodge. The 3rd (top) floor location offers great views and peace & quiet from overhead foot traffic.
The tiled private patio, with new a patio sofa and chair, overlooks the 1st and 18th fairways on the North Course, and faces east for plentiful sunlight in the morning, and cool shade in the afternoon
The condo has all of the following amenities: fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, living room with new sectional sofa and chair, separate bedroom with king-sized bed, and a full bathroom with 1/2 bath. Towels, linens, pantry items, pots & pans and dishware are provided.
For entertainment, the condo has two-flat screen TVs, with free Amazon Prime Video, and Netflix Premium access.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Your booking will be provided through a private owner and not with the resort. IT IS FOR ACCOMMODATIONS ONLY. This means that there is no maid service as well as no access to the pools, fitness center, tram service and other resort amenities. If you would like to use these amenities monthly tennis memberships are available at the Island Clubhouse. Additionally, if you plan on playing golf at Innisbrook, we recommend making your tee times by downloading the TeeOff app on your smartphone. Type "INNISBROOK" in the search bar and follow through with your reservation.

Andrew and I live just outside the Washington, DC area, but we come to Florida several times a year to take in the sun and beaches, and to spend time with family. In our free time, we love to hike, spend time with friends, and frequent cafes. We also spend a lot of time taking care of our three fur-babies: Midnight and Piplup, our cats, and Hunter, our Brittany Spaniel. We are both huge pet lovers!!!
Why they chose this property
My husband and I stayed at various other units within the Innisbrook Resort prior to purchasing this unit, and we decided on this unit, because it is in a super quiet location. Also, it is on the third floor and that means no children, dogs, or adults running back and forth at 3:00 AM in the morning! We love this unit, because it has morning sun on the balcony, yet it is cool during the day, and the views are spectacular!
