Spectacular vacation home awaits you in the very desirable Monterey Country Club in Palm Desert. This wonderful, spacious, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom has all the appliances and furnishings you'll want. The atrium has also been converted into an office for more space and light. The condo sleeps 4 - with a King size bed in the primary, and queen size bed in the guest room. Brand new 55 inch Smart TV in the living room and HD tv in the primary bedroom as well. All the amenities and luxury you're looking for. There is also al fully stocked kitchen, gas bbq, and outside furniture, that includes table and chairs, loungers, as well as a gas fire pit and tall heater. The unit has wonderful views from the patio, and is very bright with a gas fireplace in the living room. Absolutely No smoking and No pets allowed. Please message me with questions. Thanks!

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All trash must not be left in the trash cans inside the garage. Trash needs to be taken to the main dumpster and location and directions are in the printed house rules inside the condo.
Garage door openers and extra keys need to be left inside the condo, and main condo key left back in the outside lockbox.
Please leave supplies for the next guest - dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
