About this property

Beautiful private home 25 minutes from Seattle & close to Puget Sound Ferries.

The Property has 4 rooms (with 1 King, 2 Queens, & 1 Full sized bed). Sleeps 8. There are 2 sitting areas, a formal dining room and an eating area in the kitchen nook. There is ample amount of seating at the huge kitchen island. The laundry room has a standard washer and dryer. There is one full bath, a 3/4 bath and one 1/2 bath. The large deck is a favorite place and is a wonderful family gatherings and for BBQs. The driveway can accommodate up to 6 cars. Bottom level/basement is not available for vacation rental. Basement is occupied. Unit serves as a duplex with no access to one another. Private entrances on different sides of house and presence will most likely go unnoticed by either party.

Great place for family reunion

We really enjoyed Pamela's space. It had enough room to spill out into different rooms when we all got together. Some could watch a movie while others played games or chatted.
