Enjoy this cozy, quiet and pet-friendly home in the heart of Lake Forest Park with gorgeous views of Lake Washington and mountains! This home is conveniently located on a quiet street, within walking distance to some restaurants including Briley's BBQ and Grill!
This home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, sleeps up to 8 guests and is 2100 sqft, with one step to entry.
**Floor Plan**
• First Floor: living room with smart TV, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with king bed and another with queen bed), 1 bathroom, access to outdoor balcony with views of Lake Washington
• Lower Floor (Walk out basement): primary bedroom w/ king bed & ensuite bathroom, bedroom with queen bed with ensuite bathroom and laundry room, sitting area with views of backyard and piano

• Living room with Smart TV with Netflix and Disney Plus already signed in and ready for your enjoyment
• Large upper floor balcony with gorgeous views of Lake Washington and mountains
• Kitchen is stocked with a stove, cookware, silverware, toaster, keurig coffee & tea, airfryer, slow cooker, and more!
• Four bedrooms - 2 with king beds and 2 with queen beds. Beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses, linens and a comfortable duvet.
• Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs
• Large fully-fenced outdoor backyard, perfect for pets
• Plenty of parking
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• Fireplaces on both levels are not available for guests to use. Detached garage is not part of the rental but there is plenty of parking for the home.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
• Use of fire pit and charcoal grill are prohibited during the burn ban
