4 Bedroom Home for the Whole Family + Shuffleboard + Child Play Area

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and conveniently located home in Seattle. Our home is peaceful, yet just minutes away from it all. It's a short walk to the magnificent Jefferson Park, and a short bus, light rail, or car ride to downtown Seattle and other neighborhoods.

Enjoy cooking in the full kitchen. Hang out in one of two living rooms. Play shuffleboard. Walk to Jefferson Park and stroll through the Beacon Food Forest. Play on the playground. Golf at the driving range or 18 hole course. Explore Beacon Hill’s renowned restaurant scene, or hop on the light rail or bus for a quick jaunt to explore Seattle’s other neighborhoods. It’s easy to find what you’re looking for here.

★Kitchen | Dining Room★
We recently renovated the kitchen, and have a large dining table. Feel free to utilize the appliances, cookware, and spices.

★Bedrooms | Baths★
4 bedrooms -- two on the main floor, and two on the lower level. Three of them have comfortable queen beds, and the fourth bedroom is set up for young children, with a toddler bed and a crib. The kids bedroom also has a full-size tri-fold floor mattress available (for kids and adults) as needed.

Additionally, there is also a second full-size folding floor mattress downstairs in living room 2. A full-size air mattress is also available. Bed linens are available for the two foldable floor mattresses and air mattress.

There is a bathroom on each floor. Extra towels are located in the main level hall closet and downstairs bathroom cabinet.

★Living Rooms★
The main level living room has an open layout, connecting to the kitchen and dining areas.

The downstairs is freshly renovated, with an open living area suitable for kids play, board games, or watching a movie. It also has a workspace, and the house has fast wi-fi throughout.

★Exterior★
The covered back patio is great for relaxing and having a meal outside. Guests have access to both the front yard and backyard — all fully fenced.

★Parking★
There is space for two vehicles to park. One vehicle may park in the covered driveway, and a second may park perpendicular to the driveway, alongside the alleyway. Street parking is accessible for additional vehicles.

Owner was a joy to work with. The house was clean and well stocked, even with cast iron pans. We stayed with 5 boys 11-14 and we loved having the extra family room downstairs they could just hang out in. Big dinning room table we all could sit at for meals. We had an excellent time at this property. It is very spacious and well stocked. It is especially good for families with children. They had toys, games, and supplies for little ones. The host is very responsive and helpful. The location is central to popular attractions. Definitely will stay here again.

Seattle Getaway

We loved the house, it is in a perfect location about a mile or two outside of downtown Seattle. There is an awesome park nearby that we went to a few times.The owner made sure to leave outside lights on for us as we were arriving late. There were also a few snacks that were very much appreciated after a long day of travel. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, plenty of space for our older kids to have their own area and us ours.
