About this property

Central District 4BR Townhouse — Rooftop Views, 1 Block to Light Rail, Sleeps 10

A 2019-built modern townhouse in Seattle's Central District, one block from Judkins Park Light Rail Station on 23rd Ave S — downtown Seattle in 10 minutes by train, SeaTac in 20, Lumen Field two stops away. Three floors, four queen bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, and a private rooftop deck with downtown skyline and Mount Rainier views on clear days. One of the most transit-connected 4BR homes in central Seattle — and one of the few with a private rooftop.

With a KitchenAid gourmet kitchen, a dining table that seats 8, central AC, and 384 Mbps WiFi throughout, this works as well for a remote work week as it does for a group city break. Off-street parking is included alongside one of the city's best light rail connections — the group can split between car and transit without anyone being stranded.

THE HOME

Three floors of 2019 new construction — floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, open-concept living on the second floor, and a rooftop deck above it all. The gourmet kitchen is the home's gathering point — KitchenAid appliances, a dining table that seats 8 with additional stools for larger groups, and everything needed for full group meals. Bedroom 3 on the top floor has a private en-suite bathroom with a rain shower — the most privacy-rich room in the home.

1st floor:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed, closet
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet
Full bathroom with tub

2nd floor:

Open-concept living room with fireplace
Gourmet kitchen and dining area (seats 8)
Half bathroom

3rd floor:

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, closet, private en-suite with rain shower, rooftop deck access
Bedroom 4: Queen bed, closet

Note: Bedroom 3 has a private en-suite. Bedrooms 1, 2, and 4 share 1.5 bathrooms across floors 1 and 2. Queen air mattress available on request for groups over 8. Off-street parking available + ample street parking on 24th Ave S.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Central District is one of Seattle's most central neighborhoods — residential and quiet on 24th Ave S, but one block from Judkins Park Light Rail and within easy reach of Capitol Hill's dining and nightlife. Judkins Park is a 5-minute walk with skating, basketball, and open lawns. Jimi Hendrix Park is nearby. The neighborhood food scene is diverse and walkable. Capitol Hill's best restaurants and bars are a short rideshare or two stops by train.

Top things to do nearby: Pike Place Market and the original Starbucks (10 min by train), Seattle Center and the Space Needle (15 min by train), Capitol Hill bar and restaurant strip (short rideshare — try a Seattle Dog at the end of the night), Molly Moon's and Salt & Straw ice cream, Gas Works Park and Kerry Park skyline views, the Amazon Spheres in South Lake Union, and the Garage for late-night pool and bowling.
