Overall a great stay. Great location with a bus stop at the end of the block and a light rail station within a 7 min walk. Plenty of room for a large family.
Check in was very easy. Quiet and safe place. Large table for Family Dining. Plenty of seating in Living room for Large Family. TV’s actually worked as they should. Lots of cooking appliances and excellent Refrigerator. Excellent supply of towels.
My sisters and I get together once a year on a different city. We enjoyed the property since it was spacious and sufficiently quirky. Proximity to the light rail was super! The neighborhood is nice, walking distance to restaurants, markets, and shops.
Amazing stay! Comfortable and spacious. Super kind and communicative host! The location is perfect, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the furniture is very comfortable. We had our very large family over for a backyard gathering and there was plenty of room for all! Be careful of ants if you leave any food out, but otherwise everything was phenomenal!

Okay but super expensive
Beware of the ants. 2 of the bedrooms are in ADUs. Not a ton of actual bedrooms. Kind of loud with planes flying over and noise from the maintenance people. Overall it was okay, but incredibly pricy.
This house was perfect for our stay in Seattle. We had a group of 10 adults and 2 infants and everyone had a great place to sleep. The 3 levels plus the two guest houses in back offered places to gather together and have privacy. The host was very accommodating to allow early checking and late checkout which fit the needs of our travel schedules. We used the nearby train and busses for our local travel and had great service on them.
We were a student group of 12! While obviously that many people under one roof is tight, this place did it wonderfully. The place was as clean as could be expected, in a decent state and a great location. The home shows its age but that's not a bad thing. I do wish we could have had more rolls of toilet paper etc. for the number of guests listed but I understand that it could be a lot of logistical somersaults for the property manager to scale all those amenities with the number of guests.Generally pretty happy with the stay— definitely decide who will get the nicer rooms before going though, since they are not equal in how "nice" the arrangement is. A very good inverse relationship between how much space you have to yourself and how plush it is.
Property was great, very charming and spacious, and in a fantastic and safe part of town, easy access to everywhere, would book this again next time in Seattle.
We went with two families and this place is perfect. There is so much space that everyone could have their own privacy. The location is perfect, 2 blocks from the train to get anywhere but a nice walk to the market. The host was great. If ever I’m in Seattle again this will be the place!
We booked this property with 6 adults and an infant for Thanksgiving Week. It was perfect great location with easy access to public transportation. The dining room table was great for family meals and hanging out. Lots of comfy furniture and big enough we didn't drive each other crazy. You can't go wrong booking here!
A very convenient location for our family gathering. Close to restaurants, grocery shopping, not far from downtown. On a quiet residential street and in a good neighborhood for walking to nearby parks and business areas. Off-street parking was much appreciated. Kitchen was on the small side and somewhat basic, but navigable.
I was very impressed by the communication! Rebecca was incredibly helpful. The space was perfect for our small group of adult professionals attending a conference- the house had a large living and dining areas as well as enough private bedrooms for all of us. The location was exceptional and we were able to walk to fantastic restaurants! Would stay again on our next trip to Seattle!
Traveled with 10 students and two chaperones. Everyone had a place to sleep and we did not feel crowded. The large dining room table was used daily for meals and great talks throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this house. Very conveniently located to major attractions and the conference center.
Excellent Seattle House - Great for large groups, great location
We stayed in the house seven nights for a family wedding. We had up to14 people in our group for a couple of days during our stay and the house accommodated our group size well. Excellent location with easy access to Capital Hill, Lite Rail, Space Needle and downtown Seattle. Excellent communications made for an easy process. Would stay again in the future if we are looking for a house in Seattle.
For a group of friends looking for good value in a great location this is the spot! Clear communication from host. Everyone gets their own bedroom. House is fairly dated, bathrooms could use some handyman fixes and general updating. Upstairs attic is cramped.
Overall, if you want a location right near the Cap Hill action this is a good find.
We were very happy with the booking! The house is well equipped, and approx 40 mins from the airport via the subway. It was also a reasonable walk to Pike Market (40 mins) or a reasonable Uber. Same can be said for the space needle or Climate Pledge Arena. We cooked our own New Years feast, and also ate at some DT restaurants. Grocery stores were also nearby. We hope to be back and would definitely suggest this property!

Wedding in Seattle
Location was great. It’s an a older house & a bit quirky & worn for the cost. Although living room/dining room/kitchen were fine, there are only 2 showers (one very tight one off kitchen) for all those beds (10 of us). Top floor bedroom was unusable due to difficult access & it was so hot. Out building rooms/beds were ok in the one but no shower & the other was again, unusable due to the temps without much ventilation. I can see a large group of young adults using this but rough & odd bedroom setup otherwise.
This is an old house and that means lots of positives and a few issues. First, great support by owner and manager. Second, great location. Third, plenty of space and ample supplies. The house is chopped up a bit in terms of rooms (a couple are away from the main house), but that cd be good or bad depending on your group (it was good for us!). Limited bathrooms was a problem but it is what it is. Tiny issues like a couple doors not closing...again, it’s what you should expect with an older house. But as I say, great support and we’d stay there again!
