The space
Cedar House, perched atop a hill in the Central District, is just a short walk from Capitol Hill. This expansive 1901 built 2,500 sqft home is ideal for a family retreat or a gathering with friends. The standout feature is the custom-built cedar hot tub, which comfortably accommodates up to 10 people.

We have one driveway with 3 parking spots but it is a tandem driveway and all cars have to be tandem parked. If you don't want to drive, public transport is a 5 minute walk.

Other things to note
The house is old and we have tried our best to keep the original architecture with modern finishes. It is not a newer built home.

Any parties, disturbance to neighbors will result in immediate cancellation of the booking with no refunds.
