Centrally located new construction townhome in Capitol Hill: one block away from Broadway, Cal Anderson Park, and light rail station, with easy access to shops and restaurants and many more. The house is equipped with a king bed and can comfortably accomodates up to 8 people. Spacious living room boasts two seating areas. Free parking on premise brings peace of mind at the end of day in this bustling neighborhood. This place is ideal for both exploring the city and group hangout indoor.

• 1st floor: bedroom + bathroom; 2 twin XL beds
• 2nd floor: living room + kitchen
• 3rd floor: bedroom + bathroom + laundry room; 1 queen bed + 1 twin XL trundle bed
• 4rd floor: master bedroom + bathroom; 1 king bed + 1 twin XL trundle bed
• 5th floor: rooftop deck
The living area is 1800 sqft. Each floor is about 450 sqft.
***Heating & Cooling***
This house has a central system controlled by one thermostat on the 3rd floor. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan installed.
***Parking***
Free parking on premise included. Parking lot has limited space, so small cars only (e.g. no trailers). Please do not leave your valuables in your car during your stay.
