Book this fabulous 5-bedroom home for your next family reunion! Stylish family-friendly home in a peaceful and safe residential community within walking distance to playgrounds and parks. The home is on a peaceful street yet a close drive to shopping plaza. Only a 15 minute drive to Seattle, with convenient access to public transportation.
This is a spacious split level home with 5 comfortable bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, a dedicated office, 2 kitchens and a large dining room, around 2300 sqft. Great space for relaxation and entertainment featuring large and flat front & back yard, spacious balcony deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ grill. This home is set up to also be rented out as two separate floors hence there are 2 of almost everything. Perfect for larger groups who also like having their own space.

• Lower level: Living room, dining space, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (Queen, Queen), 1 bathroom, laundry.

• This property does not have central A/C but includes a portable air conditioning unit installed from mid-spring through summer to keep you comfortable during warmer weather.
**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
