Luxury Excel Villa at Casa De Campo, fully staffed

Located at Las Colinas (“The Hills”), this beautifully and exuberantly landscaped villa overlooking the Great Marina de Chavon at Casa de Campo, features very large, open and elegantly decorated spaces along with spectacular views. With its tall wooden ceilings, and graced by the cool evening breezes, this exquisitely decorated villa creates the perfect ambiance for your vacation. Being halfway up the “farallon”, it places you only a few minutes away from Minitas Beach and, at the same time, also just at a few minutes ride from Altos de Chavón.

Opening the front door of the villa you first view a large double living room and an open terrace, also furnished with living and dining areas. But immediately your eyes look beyond… for you behold the Caribbean Ocean meeting the Mouth of the Chavon River!

Following a wide lanai that runs the width of the house just after the front door, you find to the left an air-conditioned adjoining studio outfitted with a large desk, wi-fi, flat-screen TV and stereo surround system.

In this left-wing of the house you have all the six (6) bedrooms, consisting of two Master-suites, each with a King-size bed, large bathroom, and ample closets; three large bedrooms with two Queen- size beds in each, all three with private baths, and ample closets, and a large convertible room with 2 twin-size beds, large bathroom and walk-in closet. All bedrooms have private, romantic balconies, and in addition, have safe-deposit boxes and hairdryers.

Following the lanai to the right of the front door, you first find a powder room and then the magnificent dining room, with seating for entertaining up to 12 guests. Overlooking the swimming pool and the ocean in the distance, the dining room is the perfect setting for a candle-light dinner after a fun filled day of excellent golf at any of the four resort courses. This wing of the house also contains the well stocked kitchen and the service staff quarters.

“Las Colinas ” villa comes fully staffed with maid, cook and butler, with daily service for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the request of guests (renters supply food). Daily cleaning and linen and towel service are also included. Laundry and ironing services are also provided at a nominal fee to be arranged with the staff. The staff leaves in the evening, but arrangements may be made at an additional charge for them to work late and/or stay overnight.
