This condo at Sunset Cove is a 3 BR, 2 bathrooms Ocean front unit on the third floor with easy access to both the pool and the beach. Daily rental rates shown are for up to 6 persons with beds (Adults/Teenagers) and maximum occupancy allowed for up to 8 persons (meaning smaller children for the additional two guest) Extra persons are $30/night/person.

Spacious unit with gorgeous ocean views

We stayed at this property with family and were very impressed. Unit was private, quiet and has incredible ocean views and beautiful sunsets. The kitchen had everything we need, and laundry in unit was so helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay in Cayman

Our family had a great time staying at this property in Cayman. Condo was perfect for our needs with TV, internet and great views of the ocean. The pool was great for my 6 year old and the ocean area with the cove was great on the windy wavy days. Would come back and stay again in a heart beat.

Grand Cayman Family Vacation 2024

Beautiful oceanfront condo perfect for families. Property has all the amenities and the owner is extremely friendly. This was our first trip to the island and we will certainly be back in the future. Overall fantastic experience.

Amazing view, clean, safe, well maintained, couldn't ask for anything more. Large pool, swim up bar, hot tub, lots of beach, protected cove for swimming, excellent snorkeling. Located minutes from everything. Look no further.

Amazing condo, perfect location!

We spent 10 days as a multi generational family in this beautiful apartment. The views from the balcony were spectacular. Joe has thought of everything with a fully equipped kitchen and Laundry facilities. The parking was easy and the beach and pool were everything we could have hoped for. The beds were comfortable and the responsive air con and good quality shower were very welcome after a day at the beach. We will definitely stay here when we visit again. Thank you Joe for your beautiful condo and thank you Grand Cayman for a wonderful holiday!

Fantastic!!

The condo was perfection! Family of 4 with 2 teens. The condo was exactly as described. We had plenty of space, everything was very clean and comfortable. It's a 2 minute walk to the small beach area and also the pool, which has a great swim up bar and restaurant. Lots of restaurants in walking distance including a great coffee spot right next door. Stay at this condo, you won't regret it!

Pure Paradise

We loved our stay at Sunset Cove. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Joe was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The beach was beautiful, we enjoyed drinks and food at the swim up bar. The condo is fully and very comfortable for families. The balcony was my favorite spot to enjoy all hours of the day! We hope to come back!

Best vacation

The location of the property was perfect. Could still walk on the road to get pizza, ice cream, coffee but the swim up bar restaurant was perfect. The lagoon was great for the kids to play in the sand. The condo had everything we needed including some sand toys for the kids. The balcony was the best to drink our coffee, watch the sunset and look at cruise ships coming in. Wouldn’t change a thing.

Joe was great at communicating with us. We arrived early and he graciously granted us an early check-in (which helped as we had my 88 year old father with us!). Overall a nice property on the beach!

Amazing family trip

This rental property was everything that it advertised and then some. It was well appointed, clean, centrally, located in the views from the balcony were amazing. The beach was mostly private, the man-made cove was amazing, and the pool and pool bar were very nice accommodation. We would highly recommend this to any family visiting Grand Cayman and will most likely rent this property again. Working with the owner also was very easy and he was very responsive.

Great Condo - Great Host

We had a great time at this condo. Beautiful views, a huge patio, and a fun swim up bar! Ken, the owner, was fantastic as a host. He was proactive and a great communicator. I have booked a lot of condos on VRBO and he was definitely one of the most responsive. Book it…you will enjoy it!

Beautiful stay in Sunset Cove

We had a great time at this property . It is in a great location and in my opinion the best location in Cayman Islands . The condo is just as described and shown in pictures . Beds were very comfortable , kitchen had everything we needed . Plenty of room for us and It was perfect for our family. The condo had the best view of the ocean . We spent a lot of time on the outdoor area , relaxing and watching the sunsets. We can’t wait to hopefully return soon. Highly recommend it .

Perfect Condo

This condo was absolutely perfect. It had everything that we wanted. It was large, clean, and comfortable. The location was great being on the 3rd floor and being a corner unit so the views were wonderful. Having the enclosed beach was a nice plus and the snorkeling right in front of the condo was very good. The swimming pool with swim up bar was great. We couldn't have been happier and if we go back to the Cayman's again, we will certainly try to stay here again.

AMAZING PATIO AND VIEW!! 🌴

We loved this condo, the best location in the entire complex. The view was absolutely gorgeous with sunset views every night. The furniture and beds are so comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The only negative is the closed resort behind the complex, but that actually results in the quietest beach on 7 mile beach. Literally were 3-4 families on the beach or on the pool at any given time. The food and service st swim up bar was great!! My family (two college kids) all agreed we cannot wait to come back to this condo! Thank you!!

Amazing Week in Paradise

This condo is so beautiful, clean and well appointed. The pictures seriously do not give the view from the balcony justice. We enjoyed the pool with swim-up bar, took out the paddle boards several times, and snorkeled a lot! Joe was wonderful to work with, always very responsive. We rented the Jeep that Joe has and it was perfect. We were able to see so much more of the island that way. We will absolutely be back!

I didn’t get my information on the check in process 24 hour in advance like it stated. I got there at about 2:00pm. I had to get VRBO to contact Joe. When I finally got The key code it didn’t work but Joe did stay on phone with me until it did. The complex was really nice. The staff was great. The only thing missing was an elevator, but the guys carried our luggage up to the 3rd floor. I couldn’t get the fan in great room to work and the maintenance person was suppose to show up but didn’t. It was ok because air conditioning was great. I would come back and recommend Joe’s condo

Stunning views,Large,clean well equipped Condo

First impression when we stepped in door was very pleasant surprise.Condo was very clean(I'm picky)large with great layout and offered a fantastic view of beach and ocean off of very large patio. Beds were comfortable and just about anything you could think of is provided including very well equipped kitchen.The beach at condo is very nice and I was amazed at the coral reefs right in front of condo,great snorkeling with nice variety of fish and coral.The pool at the complex is very large complete with waterfalls and swim up bar and restaurant. GOOD FOOD. The condo is very centrally located with many shops,food stores etc within walking distance.We rented a car and that really opened up a huge variety of places to go and things to do.We absolutely loved this condo and this Island and look forward to returning to do it all again.We traveled with 6 of us ranging in age from 6 to 70 yrs old(my mother in law)and everone had a blast.Many wonderful memories were made at this great condo on this beautiful island.

Great Condo and Great Location!!

My family stayed here in August and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The condo has great space for a families or for a few couples. The location is great--on the south end of Seven Mile Beach. Also, the owner was fantastic to work with as we prepared for our vacation. Just a few notes on reasons why I recommend this: 1) The location! in this condo you are walking distance to many restaurants and retail stores. You are also a quick drive or cab ride to anywhere on SMB and to Kirk's Market, a great grocery store. And of course Seven Mile Beach, itself, is one of the best beaches in the world! 2) The size. This 3 BR condo was great for our family. We had plenty of space in well sized bedrooms, as well as a stocked and spacious kitchen. 3) The pool. I'm not aware of this existing anywhere else: there is a swim-up bar in the very large pool on this complex. It is a laid back, friendly, outdoor restaurant and bar that all can enjoy. Our kids were in the pool with us and enjoyed being able to get chicken fingers while my wife and I enjoyed a frozen drink.
