The condo was spacious, clean, and well furnished. The outdoor deck was huge with plenty of seating options to lounge, eat or take in the ocean sights and sounds which are literally a few feet away. Great place to relax and enjoy beautiful Grand Cayman.

We had a great stay at Sunset Cove. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. The location was excellent, right on Seven Mile Beach and close to restaurants, groceries and everything else we wanted to do.The pool area was great and having the beach right there was a huge plus. We spent a lot of time both by the pool and in the ocean. The property was well kept and felt very relaxed, which was exactly what we wanted for a family vacation.The host was easy to deal with, responsive and made everything simple from check-in to checkout. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to stay on Seven Mile Beach.

Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! The condo was perfect! The location was perfect! Many restaurants walkable! The reef right out in front of the condo was one of the best snorkeling spots. We saw large schools of fish of all shapes and sizes, turtles, lobsters, eels… etc. Highly recommend this rental! Sunsets right off the balcony were a great way to end the day!!

Amazing location with stunning views ON the beach, not just a beach view. Beach is private and not a lot of people. Cove for swimming is pristine. Snorkeling outside the cove was a lot of fun. Big pool and hot tub on site with swim up bar and grill. Location of condo is walking distance to great food options. Two minutes drive to Kirk Market for groceries. Inside the condo is spacious and has everything you need. 4 beds. Two full bathrooms. Two TV’s. Full fridge. Washer and dryer. True to the listing and clean. Highly recommended!

This was the best condo on the property. The view from the large balcony and getting to watch the sunset each day was breathtaking. Very clean and comfortable inside. Host was amazing. Quick walk out drive to anything you want or need.

The views from the condo and spacious balcony were stunning and exactly what we hoped for. The beach was clean and plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool was a good size and bar/restaurant was a neat option. The cove made a nice place to float and snorkel around the rocks. The reef was also a nice snorkeling spot. The condo was updated and the perfect size for our family of 6 (all adults). The location on 7 mile beach was convenient to a lot of things. Highly recommend.

Beautiful view in a quiet part of the condo complex. We love coming here because it’s the perfect beach vacation with our grandchildren. This is the second condo we’ve rented from Joe, and have not been disappointed.

We had a great time. We were close to Cana Bay for shopping and food. We loved snorkeling in the cove. Lots of fish and we could go in right from our beach. Definitely coming back!

Perfect place for my family! It was clean and well maintained, the unit has a storage chest with snorkels and floaties. The view was amazing and serene The protected cove allows for a sandy beach and there are schools of medium size fish all over. The snorkeling outside the cove towards the buoys was good. Lots of places to eat nearby. The host was great about answering any questions we had.

Room was clean. Hot tub luke warm. Joe was were good in responding. Pool needed better up keep kind dirty When they mowed , no bagger & quite a bit went in pool, then they were dumb enough to use a leaf blower & blew more in! Grounds were neat & clean. Very nice place to stay. Within walking distance of quite a few restaurants.

Fabulous location
