Join us at the very front of this picturesque family friendly 33-acre gated community. A true OCEANFRONT End unit overlooking the lagoon with uninhibited views of the white beaches & rolling Atlantic Ocean tides. This condo offers 1 Bed / 1 Bath plus a fully equipped kitchen with ample room for 6. While you’re here be sure to check out all the amenities including the Lazy River, indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzies, Sport courts, full fitness center, play areas, Snack shack and Beach Bar -401B

Our Condo:
This is an OCEANFRONT 4th floor corner unit that sleeps 6. There is One Bedroom with a Queen Bed, a Sleeper Sofa in the Main living area and a Bunk Bed set up in the entrance/hall area. What’s unique is the entrance/hall area has a door that can be closed making 3 separate sleeping areas all still having access to the bathroom making the space very efficient.

The Condo is equipped with WIFI and Cable TV! We have 2 Flat screens located in the Bedroom and Main living area.

In the kitchen you will find all the amenities needed to prepare full meals. Including pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender etc. Along with a dish washer, full fridge with filtered water and Ice maker.

Each stay includes linens, bath towels and a starting set up of paper products toilet paper, paper towels and makeup wipes. (Please bring beach towels, do not use bath towels outside of the unit)

In the bath we have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make up wipes and hand soap.
For the Kiddies we have a Pack and Play, Highchair, for sets of utensils, and various beach toys that can be found in the closet.

Please keep in mind that there are NO PETS permitted on the grounds at Myrtle Beach Resort (unless proper service animal paperwork can be provided). This is also a SMOKE FREE UNIT.

---------Myrtle Beach Resort has implemented a $10 per vehicle per day gate fee that is payable by credit/debit card at the gate upon arrival. 2 cars per condo max. You will be issued a hang tag which will need to be displayed while parked at the resort . ----------
