Guest Access:
You’ll have the whole house, garage and rooftops all to yourself. $50 for early check in, only available if we do not have a guest the night before (not available on weekends). We do not offer late check-out. House secured with two exterior Ring cameras.

3. Do you expect any visitors, if so how many?

We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.


We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.

You will enjoy complete privacy in our home but we will always be available through the app or a text/call away. We have a 24/7 team readily available!
