The "10F", quiet fisherman's house, center Etretat

Please note that for July and August rentals are only from Saturday to Saturday

Typical brick and flint fisherman's house, dating from 1850, in a pedestrian lane removed from traffic in the center of Etretat.

200m from the beach and the famous cliffs, 50m from shops (bakery, butcher, bookstore, grocery store ...)

In peace, any comfort, recent renovation, furnished and equipped to nine.

The house has a small enclosed courtyard with teak garden furniture for breakfast and meals in the sun.

The main room includes a fitted kitchen equipped with a 4-burner induction hob, a fridge-freezer, a multifunction oven (oven and grill), a microwave, vacuum cleaner, dishes, coffee machine Dolce & Gusto , toaster, kettle, table and 4 chairs, sofa, TV upstairs (satellite reception).

Salt, pepper, sugar, some Dolce & Gusto capsules, detergent, dishcloth, are available

Upstairs, 1 bedroom with recent complete bedding (mattress 140cm, mattress springs bag and latex 30cm thick) and a separate bathroom equipped with a small bath and toilet.

MAXIMUM 2 people. No extra bed available.

Supplies of bed linen and towels, beds made on arrival.

House equipped with a smoke detector.

Possibility to organize your first breakfast (with supplement).

Possibility of hiring weekend and midweek on request in low season and last minute according to the periods.

In addition to the usual charges (water, electricity, heating), the rental includes these benefits that allow you to travel light and enjoy the best of your stay:
- Bed linen (Beds made on arrival)
- Towels
- Cleaning kit (Tea towel, sponges, washing-up liquid, common maintenance products)

Pay parking in the paying street: refer to additional information, equipment.

Note: pets not allowed / Wifi: not yet available. No internet.

Deposit (in supplement): A deposit of 200 € will be required upon your arrival (check or cash)

Tourist tax (surcharge): The amount of the tourist tax is 2 € 10 per day / pers (free for children under 13 years)

Super Location, toller Empfang

Wir waren eine Woche im Kleinod von Guillaume untergebracht. Er hat uns sehr nett und verbindlich empfangen, es war alles da was das Herz begehrt, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist großartig, ruhig und zentral gelegen. Grosser Parkplatz fussläufig in 10 Minuten weg für 5 EUR pro Tag. Einzig die Dusche könnte für grosse, ungelenkige Menschen eine Herausfordung werden, da stehen aufgrund der Dachschrägen nicht möglich ist. Wir können die Unterkunft 100% weiterempfehlen und Guillaume ist wirklich unkompliziert und sehr zuvorkommend. Top!
