No additional people are allowed at the property unless they are paid guests of Marshland Getaways LLC. - No Parties/Functions are Allowed.

No filming or creating mass media at the residence - Marshland Getaways LLC prosecute to the highest extent of the law.

All laws must be followed: City, State, or National - All guests will be checked on about their stay periodically.

Security Cameras are used outside the residence for the safety of the property and the neighborhood.

The number of guests must match the reservation - this ensures proper bedding and towels will be left at the property. ($100 per person per night will be assessed if additional guests are not paid for on the original reservation)
