We stayed during recent frozen days and thoroughly enjoyed the lake surroundings, hiking trails and comfort of the home. Owners are so responsive and accommodating! There are absolutely no towels so be sure and bring as advised.
Our stay at this cabin was amazing. The cutest cabin. Very clean, quiet and serene. Just a 100% enjoyable and relaxing time. I will definitely stay there anytime. The owners are very nice and very helpful. I felt at home when I stayed there
Been coming here for a decade and it's always a wonderful time with friends and loved ones. This is a cozy, cute cabin vibe with plenty of sleeping space and a cozy living room. The only down side is that the electric heat really struggles to warm the main area. It does work, but it takes a very long time. If it's below freezing out it may take several hours to warm up.The lake is a beautiful thing to wake up to and the fire pit out side helps with the vibe and skipping rocks on the lake is a childhood throwback.
William and Amy were the most amazing hosts. Love the cabin it was so cozy and Wow what a view of the lake 😍 I haven’t been so relaxed in years! Thank you William and Amy you were both Amazing!!! We will be back!!
The cabin is clean & comfortable and offers a fully equiped kitchen. The view of the lake from the large living room window is beautiful. The neighborhood is full of wildlife & the backyard has a nicely furnished deck, 2 BBQ’s, a fire pit, dock, & plenty of outdoor seating. Unfortunately, it was rainy & chilly during our 3 night stay, so we took advantage of the many wonderful area restaurants & the Penn Railbike. We look forward to more time in & on the lake when we return!
I can’t wait to book again. It was such a great visit. Cabin is very stocked with most all supplies needed. We brought a bunch of stuff already supplied. Gorgeous neighborhood and the deer around were extra icing on the cake. I am hoping to book again, maybe 2 times in 2025!
There are lots of homes in this wooded lakeside community. Still, never felt any pressure or encroachment.
Lake with dock right behind the house. Terrific view. Nice little cabin. Rustic enough to feel like a cabin in the woods on a lake should feel. But has everything you need to be perfectly comfortable.
Hint, if you have clear night go down to lake and check out the stars. Sky there is dark enough for you to see the Milky Way. Awesome.
Renting a pontoon from Lake Wallenpaupack Boat Tours and rental went great. Big hit with all. And it's close. Anchored it in cove with a bunch of other boats. Felt like one of those lake of the Ozarks parties. Just more family and less hedonism. A lot less. But it was a special treat for us.
Eat at Ringside while you're there. Very nice bar with wood fired pizza oven. Some great local wood construction and solid wood live edge tables. We didn't eat there untill on the way home. Would have been there more if we only knew.
Recommended!
Our stay was very relaxing. The property was amazing, right on the lake. The only things I wish the cabin had were a dishwasher and a TV in the master bedroom. Overall though we would stay here again.
Family vacation The cabin was perfect for us Beautiful location Weather was amazing Our host was very helpful kind and easy to reach We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return Thank you!
This is a beautiful cabin on the lake with fantastic views and a nice quiet neighborhood. Even though the lake was down a little the dock had very good water depth. There are lots of nice amenities at the house including a picnic table, gas and charcoal grills, a hammock, canoe and kayak. There are plenty of chairs outside and a fire pit. The gas fireplace was great and easy to use. The TV had tons of channels. We enjoyed our time, wish it could have been longer. Will hopefully return.
Had a great time at the cabin. View at lake was amazing. Loved relaxing in the hammock listening to the water. Great communication with owner. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
The cabin was perfect, on the water, quiet and peaceful. The family enjoyed the kayak and row boat. Thanks for allowing us the use of your wonderful cabin.
It was a very nice cabin. We enjoyed our stay. Too bad the weather didn’t cooperate. The deck was beautiful and we enjoyed seeing all the animals that came to visit. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
