500m2 villa located on a plot of 8,300m2 immersed in a very quiet and green area just 5 minutes from the city of Sagunto and 10km from the beach.

It consists of the main villa of 5 double bedrooms one of them with a large bathroom, two bathrooms, large kitchen with preparation island and dining table. A huge living room of 70m2 with views of the forest and a large terrace. Next to the kitchen and living room has a terrace with a large barbecue.

Next to the main villa is the guest house that has 3 double bedrooms and a loft with two double beds. It also has a kitchen, living room and bathroom.

75m2 private pool with perimeter security fence and covered terrace. There is a fronton court next to the pool.

Beautiful Villa, the communication was great, my only point of feedback is that it is a bit difficult to get taxis from the villa to explore the city. Would be nice to have some help with calling a taxi station.

We had a wonderful stay at this country property 15 minutes from Sagunt. It was ideal for our family group of ten people aged from 18 months up. The main house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably and we also had access to the guest house.The grounds were equally impressive - lots of outdoor space for the kids to run around and play. As a rural property, there were some quirks but it offered a peaceful, beautiful, wooded setting that was perfect for a relaxing getaway with lots of lovely walks.There were a few issues during our stay, but the host was responsive and managed everything quickly and professionally. For anything that couldn't be resolved immediately, the ease of communication made all the difference.We were there in December and were pleased to find heating in every room as well as a central fireplace in the living room. You need to bring in wood for the fireplace and charcoal for the fabulous barbecue just outside the kitchen.Mercadona delivers to the address.

Villa near Sagunto

Great place for a large group to stay Plenty of accommodation and very comfortable We had a couple of issues which were sorted out very quickly and efficiently. The whole place is well suited to a large group. The pool was excellent My only complaint was that some things were a little tired and maybe didn’t function as well as they should but this did not detract to what was a very enjoyable stay. The small nearby village of Petres has an excellent restaurant near the church Thank you for the stay

Exceeds expectation

We had a wonderful 10 day break, enjoying the fabulous swimming pool, and amazing outdoor areas - the basket ball court, and football area was brilliant for the children and adults. The photos do not do the whole complex justice. The house(s) and grounds were much bigger than in the pictures. There are quite a few steps arpund the villa, ppol etc, but there are also gates to close off areas for child safety. We all had a great holoday and would highly recommend

Fantastic weekend at this beautiful chalet

The photos of this property do not do it justice! The outside area is stunning; the pool area (incredible) and long dining table are where our big group of friends spent the majority of our time and we had a brilliant time, the surroundings are also very picturesque. We were a group of 19 and had plenty of space, though be aware that not all of the rooms have air con. The biggest room is particularly grand! The host, Alejandro is super responsive and contacted me on Whatsapp a few days so I was able to message him with any questions and he was v kindly flexible with check in/out times as this worked with the cleaning schedule. Would be useful to include a Google link to the bin store in the manual and I recommend doing trips there throughout your stay especially if you come without a car as it feels quite far away if you're walking in the heat. Overall, highly recommend this as a place to stay and would HAPPILY return!

Absolutely beautiful

The villa and guest house were immaculate when we arrived and it definitely had the wow factor for us. The garden, plants and poll were excellent and there was way more space than we imagined. The villa is hard to find and as we don’t drive this did make life tricky as there’s no shops within walking distance and taxis were a nightmare so I’d recommend having your own transport. The properties were beautiful inside as well as out and they have all your essential utensils and crockery as well as laundry facilities. Our only problem was one of the ceiling fans in the guest villa and a portable fan in there didn’t work and the outdoor lights that are meant to come on automatically didn’t and we couldn’t get them working. We had an amazing time and the host was polite and we had great communication. We would definitely recommend and hopefully we will book again soon.

Simply wonderful

What a truly wonderful stay!! The property was exactly as described and couldn't have offered us any more. The property was very well equipped and the pool was used every day by the children and adults alike. The veranda / seating area was used every night and offered us ample space outside to relax. Inside, the property was incredibly spacious. Our group was 17 in total but there was no feeling of being on top of each other. The communication prior to our arrival from Alejandro was second to none. He even managed to find a plumber at short notice when we thought one of the air conditioning units wasn't working. Turns out they had not realised the air conditioning unit had been switched which stopped it working properly. We had perfect weather and the fridge by the pool was also well used!!! The property is within 20 mins of Sagunto and the local beaches, as well as 15 to the local supermarkets, meaning we were always well stocked for food and drink as well!! I don't think we could have found a better holiday rental!

Merveilleuse découverte

Tout était parfait dans cette étonnante maison alliant le charme de l’ancien et le confort moderne. Les chambres sont confortables. La suite est spectaculaire avec sa vue dans les arbres au plus près des écureuils du parc.Le calme est absolu. La terrasse jouit d’une bonne ventilation. La piscine est grande et très agréable. C’est un plaisir de profiter de la fraîcheur du domaine dans les journées chaudes. Bref, une semaine en famille qui restera dans nos mémoires.Encore merci Alejandro.

Superbe maison

Nous sommes arrivés a 16 personnes dont des ados et des enfants. Nous avons facilement trouvé la maison, les coordonnées et explications étaient nettes. A peine rentré, nous avons été ebloui par les extérieurs et encore plus par l'intérieur. Tout le monde a trouvé ses marques tres rapidement et personne ne s'est ennuyé du début a la fin du séjour. Alejandro a répondu à nos questions tres rapidement et etait au petit soin pour nous. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement pour les familles ou entre amis.

La mejor casa a la que hemos ido

Somos un grupo de amigos que solemos organizar viajes por estas fechas todos los años. Nunca habíamos escogido una casa mejor. Según entras, te asombra ver lo bonito y lo grande que es todo el lugar. Ademas, si había alguna duda o algún problema, Alejandro siempre ha estado pendiente de responder y solucionarlos. En definitiva, un sitio precioso para poder relajarse y escapar un poco de la rutina, con una muy buena atención al cliente. Repetimos seguro.

Charmante grande villa dans la nature

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette très grande villa. Étant plus de 12 nous avons utilisé la maison principale et la dépendance, autant dire que nous ne nous sommes pas marché sur les pieds. La maison principale est meublée avec goût sur un thème rustique (mais pas vieux). Le salon est vaste et climatisé, la cuisine est immense. Niveau couchage l’immense suite parentale est climatisée et très agréable malgré l’absence de volets sur les grandes baies vitrées. Deux autres chambres (sur les 4 autres) sont spacieuses et climatisées. Le wifi est bien présent mais la portée est très limitée. La terrasse est juste top. Je n’ai pas occupé la dépendance personnellement mais le style est superbe et plutôt contemporain. La hauteur sous plafond du salon est à couper le souffle. Petit bémol, la dépendance n’est pas du tout climatisée et le wifi inexistant. Sur les deux corps de bâtiments la literie est impeccable on y dort très bien. Je pense que la rénovation du système électrique est en cours mais la maison reste fonctionnelle (hormis dans certaines chambres de la dépendance qui manquent de prises) Les extérieurs et la piscine sont top. Le propriétaire est disponible et très aimable et envoi très régulièrement son personnel nettoyer les extérieurs et la piscine. A noter que, comme dans quasi toute la région, l’eau n’est pas potable alors prévoyez un stock de bouteilles d’eau. En tout cas la propriété est très chouette et l’hôte très disponible.

Une Villa au milieu des pins

Très belle villa située dans les collines de Sagunto et surtout en pleine nature. Un grand merci à Alejandro pour son écoute car nous étions 15 et suite au commentaire de Fabien P. deux tables avaient été mises sur la terrasse. La villa, le barbecue, la piscine et le parc sont au top. Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacance. La fluidité du trafic routier dans le secteur est incroyable, vous pouvez visiter Valence le matin et l'après midi profiter des plages de Canet d'en Berenguer sans l'ombre d'un embouteillage. Le petit bémol est que l'annexe pour les couchages au delà de 12 personnes n'est pas climatisé.

Wunderschönes riesiges Grundstück mit Megapool

Wir haben hier als Großfamilie Urlaub gemacht, 3 Familien mit Kindern zwischen 9-24, teils schon mit ihren Partnern. Das Grundstück ist unglaublich, wir waren total geflasht bei unserer Ankunft: Es liegt terrassenartig und weitläufig von Pinien umgeben und besticht besonders durch seinen riesigen Pool (der regelmäßig gepflegt wurde) mit schöner Poolterrasse. Viel genutzter Lieblingsplatz! Es gibt ein tolles Grillhaus, sodass wir auch bei trockenem Wetter ohne Brandgefahr grillen bzw. Paella machen konnten. Die Unterkunft besteht aus einem Haupt- und einem Nebenhaus. Auch hier viel Platz. Wir konnten uns mit der Zimmerverteilung gut einigen, obwohl die Standards der Zimmer schon sehr unterschiedlich sind. Sehr nett war, dass schon beim Ankommen Mückenstecker bereit lagen, denn Mosquitos sind dort echt ein Thema! Einige von uns waren schon arg geplagt von den Biestern. Also ruhig noch zusätzliche Mückenstecker für die Steckdosen mitnehmen, den Fliegengitter in den Fenstern gibt es nicht. In einigen Räumen sind Klimaanlagen oder Ventilatoren vorhanden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist super, Geschirr etc. reichlich vorhanden. Allerdings muss man über manche Mängel etwas großzügig hinwegsehen: lockere WC-Deckel, lockerer Wasserhahn in der Küche, defekter Backofen im Haupthaus und ein paar Kleinigkeiten (aber das wird bestimmt repariert, sodass die nächsten Gäste alles funktionstüchtig vorfinden werden 😉). Das tolle Ambiente, der großzügige Platz und besonders der Poolbereich haben uns über die Mängel aber locker hinweg sehen lassen. Insgesamt haben wir uns in den 12 Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Kontakt zu Alejandro, dem Vermieter, war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wenn man die Straße etwas hochgeht, kommt man fußläufig zu schönen Wanderwegen auf die umliegenden Hügel. Ansonsten muss man das Auto nutzen oder einen Roller mieten (in Sagunt gibt es einen tollen und sehr netten Roller-Service!). Tipp: Der Strand von Porto Sagunt ist wunderschön, weitläufig, kaum Steine, das Wasser geht lange flach hinein, und der Strand ist morgens noch sehr leer, er füllt sich ab 10:00 so langsam. Ein "Geheimtipp" ist der Strand von Pucol, dort findet man immer Parkplätze und der Strand ist nie überfüllt! Auch hier herrlicher Sand, keine Steine, das Wasser bleibt lange flach. Die Burg von Sagunt ist einen Ausflug wert, in der Altstadt kann man gut Tapas essen. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderbare Zeit und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen!!!

Hemos estado un grupo de 17 entre adultos y niños, la estancia correcta. La casa es enorme, y el exterior una pasada. Sobre todo la zona de la piscina que ha dado mucho juego y diversión. Para mejorar, diría que el menaje de la cocina justo y algo viejo, las ollas y sartenes no valen todas ya que tienen que ser para inducción. También, nos ha tocado la época de mosquitos.... Por lo demás, todo bien y una estancia muy tranquila.
