We had a great time the house was in a great location but it could do with a bit of updating the pool was great as was the outside area it was extremely hot during our stay so better air on would have been nice

Feenando welcomed us at the villa and provided us with useful information regarding the hours of the local shop. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the location was great. Unfortunately we were just out of season so very limited on places to eat out. The kitchen was fortunately well equipped so we could cook for ourselves.

Beautiful house

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at the property. The location of the house is great, right by the sea. You can get from the accommodation quickly to different places. Fernando warmly welcomed us to the accommodation and was always immediately reachable. We can only recommend the accommodation and the location. The house has everything you need

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay, property was very clean, comfortable and homely. Incredible views. Town was very pretty and peaceful. Took a train from Xilxes to Castellon and Peniscola which is highly recommended. No bus available in Chilches so you will need to use a car or taxi. Kids loved the pool. Very relaxing holiday. Highly recommend

Stunning location beautiful views

The villa is in a beautiful location lovely and quiet area with a gorgeous beach in front of you. Fernando is brilliant very helpful and speaks English very well he even helped out with taxis etc as we couldn’t understand all the Spanish. Gorgeous pool area everything you need for a relaxing beach holiday. The only down side we found was the first week the local shop was closed for the week and all bars / restaurants closed all week only open weekend. I’d definitely recommend the villa to friends and family .

Das Haus ist sehr gross, bietet viel Platz und hat grundsätzlich Potenzial für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Leider ist die gesamte Einrichtung jedoch stark in die Jahre gekommen. Vieles wirkt alt und teilweise beschädigt oder reparaturbedürftig. Man hat bei vielen Gegenständen das Gefühl, dass sie jederzeit ganz kaputtgehen könnten, wenn man sie normal benutzt.Besonders unangenehm waren die Betten. Die Federkernmatratzen waren extrem hart und für uns leider nicht komfortabel, wodurch wir nicht gut schlafen konnten.Mit einer Renovation und dem Austausch einiger Möbel und Betten könnte das Haus deutlich gewinnen. Der Platz und die Lage sind gut, der Zustand der Einrichtung entspricht jedoch aus unserer Sicht nicht mehr den heutigen Erwartungen.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus direkt am Meer. Das Haus ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe erhalten. Besonders begeistert haben uns die wunderbar angelegten Außenanlagen, der saubere Pool und der direkte Blick auf das Meer. Der Vermieter war außerordentlich freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wer Ruhe, Erholung und eine fantastische Lage sucht, ist hier genau richtig! Auch wir werden unsere Ferientage ganz sicher mal wieder in diesem Haus verbringen.

Ein Haus in Super Strandlage

Wir hatten in diesem Haus einen wunderbaren erholsamen Urlaub und haben jeden Tag den direkten Meerblick genossen. Garten und Pool waren ebenfalls top. Die Verständigung auf englisch lief unproblematisch. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Fenando buchen.

Super Lage

Näher zum Meer geht fast nicht. Zwischen Haus und Meer ist keine Straße sondern eine wunderschöne Promenade. Der Ausblick vom Garten, Tereasse und Balkon ist unbezahlbar. Der Pool ist toll und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus hat 4 Schlafzimmer (2 mit Balkon zum Meer), 2 Badezimmer, einen großen Wohnraum, Terrasse und schönen Garten mit Palmen (Karibik-Feeling). Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert und wir bekamen immer schnelle Antworten und Informationen!

Un très bel endroit

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette belle villa très bien située sur le bord de mer, piscine superbe, très bon accueil , Encarna est une très bonne hôte, beaux espaces extérieurs, maison fonctionnelle tous les équipements sont bien décrits.

Schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Direkt am Strand, liegt dieses schöne Haus mit eigenem Pool und super netten, zuvorkommenden Vermietern. Chilches ist ein kleines traditionelle spanisches Ort, in dem auch hauptsächlich Spanier ihre Ferien genießen. Die Restaurants machen zu typisch spanischen Zeiten, typisch spanisches Essen und 1x die Woche gibt es einen kleinen Markt mit frischem Obst und Gemüse. Wir würden bei Fernando und seiner netten Mutter immer wieder gerne Urlaub buchen.

Ein perfekter Urlaub mit einmaliger Aussicht

Wir haben hier den perfekten Urlaub verbracht! Die Lage des Hauses ist einmalig! Direkt am Strand, ideal für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Das Haus ist sehr groß und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist super, wir haben ihn jeden Tag genutzt. Alle Einrichtungen des Hauses und der Garten sind sehr gut für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Parkplatz ist direkt am Haus bzw. in der Garage möglich. Wir haben ein Paket mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern gebucht. Alles war sehr lieb vorbereitet. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, mit allem, was man braucht. Es gibt sogar eine Filterkaffeemaschine. Man hat im ganzen Haus sehr viele gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Blick vom Haus direkt aufs Meer, das manchmal aussieht wie in der Karibik, ist fantastisch und einfach einmalig. Der Ort Xilxes ist touristisch noch nicht so erschlossen, was uns persönlich sehr gefallen hat. Man hat abends, vor allem am Wochenende, viele Möglichkeiten ins Restaurant zu gehen oder einen Drink am Strand bei Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Die Vermieter sind sehr lieb, waren auch zwischendurch für Fragen immer zu erreichen und haben sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert. Und hat der Urlaub sehr gefallen und wir können uns vorstellen, wiederzukommen.

Schöner Aufenthalt ist toller Aussicht

Wir hatten 2 schöne Wochen. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind traumhaft. Die Einrichtung ist etwas veraltet, aber alles ausreichend, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sowohl die Kommunikation vorab als auch vor Ort waren einwandfrei. Wer einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Der Strand ist sehr steinig/felsig,ein paar Meter weiter ist dann aber mehr Sand und auch etwas weniger Wellen. Im Ort selber ist nicht viel los. Ein Restaurant fußläufig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 6-15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Traumhafte Lage

Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand. Meerblick ist garantiert. Wir waren im Oktober dot und hatten den Strand für uns alleine. Strand ist etwas steinig. Das Haus ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch ist die Raumaufteiling und Größe für 8 Personen perfekt.. das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und ist weitläufig.

Strandvilla mit traumhafter Lage

Großes Ferienhaus mit super Lage direkt am Strand mit schönem Pool und Palmengarten. Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das hat uns (Familie mit 6 Personen) aber nicht besonders gestört, da wir den nahen Strand, das warme Meer, den warmen Pool (Anfang September) und den Palmengarten genossen haben.

Wundervoller Urlaub

Wir wurden sehr herzlich am Tag der Anreise von Encarna und Fernando begrüßt. Sie erklärten und zeigten uns das Haus und den Garten. Das Haus und der Stiel ist schon etwas älter, aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alles in einem sehr gutem Zustand . Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, wir haben nichts vermisst. Für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern und Hund war das Haus, der Garten mit Pool und die wundervolle Lage perfekt. Durch ein starkes Unwetter verschmutzte der Pool, Fernando kam dann aber gleich vorbei und beseitigte alle Verschmutzungen, sodass wir ihn gleich am nächsten Morgen nutzen konnten. Wir mieten uns öfters Häuser, aber haben noch nie so liebe und Hilfsbereite Vermieter gehabt. Fernando und Encarna waren in dieser Zeit ein großer und wichtiger Ansprechpartner für uns. Er half uns auch bei Dingen, die nichts mit der Vermietung zu tun hatten. Dafür sind wir ihn sehr Dankbar !!! Wer einen sorgenlosen Urlaub wünscht, ist hier genau richtig !!! Fernando spricht sehr gut Englisch ! Wir kommen gerne wieder :) Steffi , Sören & Kids
